Hello Sir, may i ask how do u determine the actual required inner & outer diameter of the flight? because i know that when we shape it, the original diameter of the flight will decrease..
The program we use will determine what the flat pattern flight blank dimensions need to be in order to achieve the correct requested I.D. and/or O.D of the flight section post-forming.
you could do multiple identical fins, then slot them in, lock them with even mechanical bolts
