I have found inconsistencies of the time Christina says certain events supposedly happened. This wasn’t something brought up to me by someone, just something that has happened so much, I noticed it on my own. Christina has said things that contradict other things she has said. It’s curious.
Christina is the kind of person who is NEVER wrong and CANNOT take responsibility for her actions....just listen to her story about the fight with Mrs Chadwick it speaks VOLUMES!!!
I'm glad I didn't waste my money on this book. I'd been disappointed and this one episode tells me all I need to know Some of you are the kind of people I'd avoid. You would spread rumors not caring if it's true or not
I saw the movie Feud, about Joan and Bette, the story of Christine wasn't in it, the younger twins were, I see a different side of this. I feel a lot of what Christine is happening isn't any different than I was treated as a kid. Same at every other house, that was the times. Christine's behavior was no doubt teenage rebellion.
Her attitude didn't start when she turned a teen. And the person she said witnessed her mom choking her, said herself that was not true at all. The deposition is also the opposite of what she says. You can find those transcripts. I watched a channel that had them in the comments. It can be found
Anyone who has read and listened to everything Joan Crawford did, will not believe Christina. Joan was strict agreed, but not a maniac as she is portrayed out to be.
Absolutely. She came from nothing , worked for what she got. She even educated herself, she only had a 5th grade education She said she would have to look up words to see what they meant when she was trying to get a part. My dad had a hard life and he was proud. He and my mom went thru a hard time, financially , but they did not file bankruptcy nor go on any government funding. That was not something in my dad because of how hard he worked
My instinct is that Christina really was expelled from school for promiscuous behavior, with the final straw being when she was caught with her boyfriend in the Chadwicks' home. She may not have known he was going to come over, but there's definitely more to that story of when the employee caught them together. No judgment from me, but there was a reason he asked her out in the first place.
you should be happy Joan gave you education Christina so you can write books and act like an actress on interviews where you slander a lady who gave you a family and the world too
This woman has everything "staged", I find her very untrustworthy. More she describes the less I find extremes believable. What she knows and fully understands at age 11 are actually adult prefacing.
Also the fact that she remembers the exact details of conversations that happened when she was a toddler. I'm a teenager and I can barely remember anything from when I was nine or ten.
I don't believe her the other children of Joan say she was a loving person joan is not here to defend herself it tells us a lot about the person who's doing all the talking she says at one point she's scared stiff yet she argues. Someone who that scared would not argue if she was that bad
Her choking story doesn't make any sense- injuries as severe as she claims would not have healed in three days. Maybe it is true, but the way she tells it doesn't make any sense.
You know I have a hard time believing you this happen because why would you keep calling somebody that you know what cause you misery why would you keep doing that you just stirred up the trouble on your own by calling her you knew she was a drunk you knew that she was out of her mind so why would you keep calling this woman so I don't think I believe anything you say. It's a shame too because I have a very open mind about things but why would somebody keep calling somebody when they know they hated them when they know they're in rashifal so that's why I have a hard time believing you

Thank you. It's dirty and underhanded what she did. And anyone can write a book after someone dies, it does not make it true
I haven't heard of any abuse the choking was extreme but who knows what Christina did ,she is very spoiled and entitled and extremely jealous
