Isn’t it strange how so many of us view tears as negative and to be avoided. If we feel it we feel it and tears are a good way of releasing stress. I completely respect that expressions of emotion such as this is personal and we might not want people to see us cry. Of course. But I just wanted to make the point that tears release something , they are helpful and much healthier than repression. Love your content as always Em thank you
Hey Emma I love that you stay along with your mum. Myself and my son looked after my lovely mum and stayed with her until she passed which was four years ago in January ❤. The only downside is the house felt so empty when she passed and still does now, but I still speak to her every day in the house we still live in with many happy memories together ❤. Not great that you have suffered with your health this year 🙈Hopefully you will have a better 2025❤❤. Great video as always take care and stay safe ❤❤❤

My husband and I have always exercised but he is extremely self motivated and happy to exercise alone, whereas I find exercising with other people helps me commit. He also exercises everyday and therefore it’s a habit/routine which definitely helps. We have an exercise bike (not peleton) and I definitely struggle to motivate myself but manage a couple of times a week. One thing my husband always says around this time of year when people say they’ll start an exercise routine in the New Year, is “why are you waiting”….the bike’s there, jump on over the next few weeks even if it’s just 20 minutes a few times a week and I guarantee you, you’ll feel better for it come Christmas ❤
Your holiday plans sound exciting. Im off to Vietnam for two weeks in February for a friends wedding, which I'm super excited about. I've been obsessed with South East Asia since i went to Bali, Malaysia and Singapore - so much amazing scenery, food, people and culture. Costa Rica last year was really special too (although pricier than i was expecting).

I’ve only just moved out of my daughter’s (after divorce) where there were four of us. Her partner and two grandsons who I’ve witnessed growing up for the last six years I’ve moved out now to my own flat and must emit it’s been hard adjusting on my own 😊
Hi Emma I've just booked a cruise in March to Rotterdam and Belgium with two friends and my dad. P&O Iona. Just came back from two week Med cruise on Sky Princess, that was such a wonderful cruise. Beautiful ship, wonderful caring crew and the mattresses 😮😮 oh my goodness so comfy. We did - Lisbon, Cadiz, Cartagena, Barcelona, Málaga, Gibraltar and la Coruna. 14 days of bliss 🎉🎉

Your family dynamic to me is normal because me and my boyfriend love between our parents renting costs so much and we don't know where we want to settle and we get to save up longer our families accept us either house and enjoy having us around or so they say anyway 😂💖

I’m having some tummy issues yes and I’m trying out different things as a process of elimination really. Bread, well white bread is a trigger and also red meat. I can have those things but I know I will suffer so trying my best to try alternatives right now xxx
@ yes I’ve been told trial and error and the slightest bit seems to give me terrible stomach pains and bloating now 🫤 stress is also a trigger for my stomach and I’ve had a whole heap lately x

(I lost my 1st husband 4 years ago and then decided to up sticks and move to Northern Ireland. Fresh start. I find it funny that people ask if you miss your privacy living with your mum yet they probably live with more than one child and no one asks if they miss their privacy…not judging. I don’t think anyone meant anything bad by the question - just think it doesn’t occur to people that they’re in a similar setup.
