The thing with baking is it’s a science and you need to keep to the quantities it says. If you leave things out or add things in in can be a disaster. Other cooking is fine if you leave this out or add a pinch of that but baking is like a formula and if you tinker with that formula it often won’t work

Watched your Q&A about the Pelaton and finding the motivation, it is hard! Why not watch a Christmas film while working out..or i find exercising first thing before I've had time to process what i'm actually doing (so i cant talk myself out of it) Keep going :) you'll never regretting doing it!

A tip soak the parchment under the tap and squeeze the water out it will sit much better in the baking tray . Maybe too late but don’t waste the fudge fail use it in a tart / bannoffee pie etc ❤

With your fudge always use all of the chocolate and even then add some extra as it’s the chocolate that becomes solid again. Learnt the hard way a few times 🤦🏻‍♀️ x

Emma, it seems like everyone is “going down” with this cold bug at the moment! I’m sniffly and so is my mum! The only thing is, I will be able to get rid of it quickly, whereas my mum’s immune system is compromised due to arthritis and having to take medication for it! ❤
