    I love seeing all the improvements at the park! Hopefully they are listening to us and making this the flagship park it deserves to be! It will be really nice when all these projects are done.

    In addition to the new ride I'm hoping they would extend Full Throttle's layout (even just a little) so that we can enjoy the final drop without brakes.

    Whatever it is they're building, it's going to be big! Using Google Maps, I was able to roughly calculate an area of about 4.5 acres around the Golden Bear Theater and the markers seen so far, but could be easily be expanded to roughly 8 acres if they go over superman to the area behind CraZanity and cross Full Throttle(Maybe through the loop) to the area between Full Throttle and Tatsu. For reference, the fence around Scream! is only about 4.1 acres!!

      Yeah it can be a bit area. They could easily work their way in directions outside that chunk of land. I'm still wondering what they'll do with the unused Tidal Wave land. Wonder Woman only took up a bit.

  • @CloneH38

    Great update. I have a feeling that concrete seats will remain for the new project. I think they will utilize somehow and keep it as a reminder of what used to be. The stairs leading up to the area might be utilized as the entrance queue and exit queue for this new attraction. They could save money by using something that already exists and design it into the new project.
    Couldn't you ask someone who works in the park, if they know anything regarding the project being worked on? It's going to be some type of roller coaster that spans up and around the hillside and zooming near Full Throttle. First I thought, a new water ride, water coaster, but though they can recycle the water volume throughout the day, maybe not the plan..Second is a family spinning coaster, but maybe not. I don't think it will be a giga coaster, I think the park is saving that project over by Viper and Roaring Rapids, removing Viper and the new giga coaster will swoop up and around Roaring Rapids. There's a lot of space they can utilize near that area near Revolution. It's looking interesting on what they plan on building there..I'll be going to the park next month to check it out.

    • @AmericasCoasterNetwork
      @AmericasCoasterNetwork  6 месяцев назад

      Thanks. And it's feeling like the seating area will stay. But then I also remembered how Tidal Wave had markers all around it for Wonder Woman. And then it was removed. In terms of asking workers.... There are two types: those who know nothing. And those who do but can't say.

    What if after the top hat on full throttle they went into a long lunch then into a 300 foot top hat, there’s your giga! And I would leave all the seating from the theater so people could sit there and watch people go over the top hat

    I often wondered why MM is the only theme park in Southern California that does not have a *parking structure.* Years ago the parking was so bad, it took almost 30 to 45 minutes to get back to your car after walking forever throughout the park. I think they had trams but not early efficient as the major theme parks (KBF, Disneyland, US). Also there was a man made lake (Magic Mountain Lake) thar had *water ski shows,* I would imagine it is a parking lot ow too.

    • @AmericasCoasterNetwork
      @AmericasCoasterNetwork  6 месяцев назад

      Universal Studios and Disneyland are the only SoCal parks with parking structures. And that's because they are extremely expensive. Only companies like Universal and Disney can afford them. Also done out of necessity because of lack of space. Six Flags Magic Mountain doesn't have an issue with space.
