How to load reagents, i did the same way but the unit doesn't recognise the reagent and i had to enter it manually, and the reagent barcode scan can't detect the reagents

How to increase Open Test count manually sir

Itself we can’t increase. Whenever u will load new ERBA reagent, it will add 10% of Open Tests.
In this way u can increase open test counting.
Other option is to install old compatible software.
