Thanks for watching my friend glad you like the B.E. pigeons. I saw your last video and can't believe people were telling you bad things about pigeon racing. They absolutly love to fly and no one is making them because they could go sit in a tree if they wanted! My advice is just enjoy the pigeons the way you have been because racing is an expensive undertaking and has a way of taking away from the enjoyment and fulfillment of the birds.
Hi Mike so nice to see a new video. The birds look wonderful and lyla’s birds are looking beautiful last time I watched her training them👍👍😘😘😘 lots of love. I have been busy with do many things and haven’t been able to breed or fly the birds yet. Hopefully things will get better soon and I will be able to fly and take some movies. 😘😘😘🌹🌹🌹
Your a hard working man. I hope things can settle down for you my friend. I will look forward to seeing your birds again. Lyla has been very involved and has been making breeding subjugations so it’s getting in her blood now! Stay safe ❤️✌️
I’m not sure if it is the same Gene because the Meulman‘s are always so uniform and the Tiger Grizzles are a hit and miss but I always wanted to cross a good modeled Meulman with a tiger grizzle and see what it produces. I think I will try that this year. Thanks for the push
Mike looking good as usual. I got diagnosed with the pigeon lung and have been trying to figure out good ways to keep the bloom down in the loft. While that box fan seems excessive in size, I think that's the way to go....I don't see any dust floating around in the video. Would you say it's made a pretty big difference since you installed?
Yes I absolutely love having that fan running in there because I can stay in there with the birds or stand in the doorway and all the fresh air goes right past me. Before I used to have to get out of there quickly or have a mask on.
Wow they are producing really fast. It's been raining all week and honestly April month was not a productive month for my training. Hopefully May will be better. 👍🙂
I have that before one my bird get blind on left eye and was doing the same things you can check that to yourself just catch him and check with your finger or you can take him to the vet. He will be fine but no more racing for him and I do not recommend breed him is generic! Hello from London !
Is that breeding loft heated. I tried those cages one year and no one laid. I even took the divider out and let the pairs have the whole cage and still wouldn’t lay. Only thing I can think is when it’s -10 degrees in Wisconsin winter they don’t like it
Yeah it must have been the cold because here in South Carolina I get two fertile eggs every time. In December through end of February I do have it heated. I hope you can figure it out because for me it’s the only way to go. Never have an issue with who the parents might be that’s for sure. Thanks for your comment my friend and I hope you have better luck
@@Rocky.Ridge.Pigeons I’ve thought about heating one room with 10 of those cages in and the rest keep traditional. Would be nice not to have frozen water and frozen eggs. Hell I’ll just tell the with baby I need 20k to heat and ac the whole loft
It means the chick inside has died at some point and is now rotting. They usually get slightly darker on the last three or four days but not that dark. also when the first egg has already hatched three or four days ago even if that one does hatch it will never catch up and will most likely die.
There is a lot of different things people feed to get their birds to fly for long periods of time but the most important I find is never to overfeed. It keeps them out of shape and too heavy. I hope that helps
Unfortunately Mick ya have to just cut your loses with some birds that dont make the cut, otherwise your wasting feed on a bird thats never going to race.
Looking good. That red mottle looks really nice.
❤❤❤❤ love the birds.. love black eagles

Good luck on one loft races👍👍👍😘😘😘

They look great Mike! Love to see the colored birds! Is the gene that makes the Meulemans mottled the same as a tiger grizzle? All the best!

Nice birds Mike. There is always one bird but I bet it'll be in pretty quick next time 😊
I’m sure it will they just need to go through the learning curve but your right no matter the situation there’s always one!

birds are looken GOOD MIke....
Thank you Paul, I hope everything is going well with your birds
So if the egg is dark it will not hatch or doesn't it produce a healthy bird?
It means the chick inside has died at some point and is now rotting. They usually get slightly darker on the last three or four days but not that dark. also when the first egg has already hatched three or four days ago even if that one does hatch it will never catch up and will most likely die.

can tell with experience that bird has poor eyesight and won't get better. Planning to fly young birds this year?
I'm afraid you are right about the eyesight. Going to have to get it some glasses! I am going to do my best to race this year. Thanks for watching

Please share your secret diet for the birds to fly long time

Would you be intrested in selling a pair? Serious inquiry
