This, as soon as I turned it in, felt SO relaxing. I just did like 3 exam papers and studies so nuch earlier and this eliminated any mental fatigue I had. Specificaly this ASMR is the best i've ever heard.

I do not understand how but, this video helped me stop a sensory overload “episode” (I don’t know what to call it). My ears were starting to basically reject sounds of talking and music and house noise, it started to become a loud painful High pitched frequency. I was searching for anything to maybe calm me down before a meltdown and this soothed me so much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I do not understand how but, this video helped me stop a sensory overload “episode” (I don’t know what to call it). My ears were starting to basically reject sounds of talking and music and house noise, it started to become a loud painful High pitched frequency. I was searching for anything to maybe calm me down before a meltdown and this soothed me so much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
