What a blessing it is that Jon found this talented band of musicians. And we are all blessed to be still enjoying hearing this music LIVE! Thank you to Jon and The Band Geeks! Superb performance! And thanks for recording and sharing this too😊
Going for the One tour, Market Square Arena, Indianapolis! Steve will always be my favorite guitarist of all time and his band is truly great but to me, this is Yes now!
Jon Anderson gave hope and inspiration to those who listened, and the positive impact on his followers is incalculable. Just imagine if the entire world had been listening. I believe we would all be in a much better place.
I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO BE THERE IN PERSON !!!!!!! I’m Sure It Was An Awesome 👏 Show. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ In ALL the YES Concerts I’ve been to Over The Years (8 all together). Jon Anderson Has Always Been The Singer Each Time. Such Fond Memories Of Seeing YES Perform because Every Concert Was I seen Was Amazing !!!!!!! The very first Yes Song I Ever Heard was Roundabout on the radio in the summer or fall of 1971 as a little kid and I’ll Never Forget it !
Wow. Goosebumps seeing how the audience greeted Jon. My first show was 1974. Last show was ARW in London. Would love it if he brings this lineup to the UK.
OOO myyy Godd!!! Thank you Gaga Dreams for capturing this. I was part of the crew that helped record "Keys to Ascension" in San Luis Obispo and that was cool but a bit disjointed (thats putting it mildly, D88's etc) , this band and Jon (and wonderful Jane somewhere) took this to a whole another level!!! Thank you for the magic!!!
think about that: what only one man (woman) can do, to make us glad. Go on, follow this way. Thanks a million time, dear Jan Anderson! There's no one like you. I love you as a singer and and as an example for giving your life for that songs!... keep on, beeing on stage... and have lot's of happiness with your friends and family... Love to you, deep from my heart!
One of my all time favorite vocalists. So glad to see Jon still active playing all that great music from YES. He definitely has a very talented group of musicians working with him.
I would have soooooo loved to see John Anderson on stage again!!! He’s still so amazing!!! You can tell he’s having an absolute blast!! I saw ‘yes’ back in the 70s! One of my very first concerts! Ever!! Love ‘yes’.!! ❤ Forever and ever!!!!!!
Thanks! GGD. For filming this enjoyable video presentation of iconic 🎤🎼Yes Vocalist Jon Anderson and The Amazing musical Geek Band.🎸🥁🎹 and bass guitar.🎶
Saw him and the Geeks on the 18th. You will not be disappointed. Saw Jon with Yes in 78 and the voice is still there. Took my 30yr. old daughter and she's now a fan. A new album in the works for Aug 24 and they played 2 songs. Very much Yes like
Veddy Interesting! sounds great, great tunes, enjoyed Awaken, drummer definitely channeling Alan White right down to the black wristbands (and well played). Not sure yet about the guitarist (big shoes to fill, but probably not as fussy as SH) LOL Overall a huge YES! CW here and would pay to see it.
Yes, unfortunately my phone ran out of space but I freed up some space and recorded a few songs, working on putting it together.. Disappointed in myself because I wanted to get the whole thing but hey, better than nothing! ☺️
@@gagadreams I saw ARW at The Whisky in West Hollywood. My Ages old Cell Phone Battery ran out after 45 minutes of Filming. I wanted to Film Awaken in this Small Club. That I Succeeded in Doing 2 Nights Later at The Greek Theater. I Filmed the Monitors. I had a Birds Eye View Between Rick’s Layers of Keyboards . Nobody around me said a Word . I’m Sure you were Flying by the Seat of Your Pants. Was you Filmed was Brilliant. Congratulations 🎈
@bei1016 thank you so much, that means a lot! 💗 And I actually do have Awaken in it's entirety I'm pretty sure and if I do, it'll be the next thing I post!✌️
It's horrible how some idiots keep running in and out during this wonderful music, disturbing the performance, apparently just for food and booze, without which they can't stand it for two hours or so... An insult to the artists and the interested part of the audience. Really disgusting, such people, they should be ashamed of themselves! 🤮😡
Why didn’t you just sit back and enjoy the show and live in the moment? I hope when I see them in Atlanta I’m not sitting behind someone like you that ruin the whole atmosphere. That’s what I liked about seeing King Crimson in 2019, you weren’t allowed to video.
I realise that this might be Jon's last tour with a thoroughly talented band, but I wish they had played more of the Allan White and Trevor Rabin period. Most ancient fans know and love the classics but we've heard them a million times. The band geeks play the later stuff impeccably, I'd say better then the Yes tours of the time. The bass guy is fantastic at Rabin guitar parts and Gordon Ramsay (Drums) can easily do Allen's or a machines parts. Maybe another day? Another tour??? Thanks for filming it.
I seen the YES after AC ( after Covid ) at Pine Knob and they sounded good but not as good as this but the singer was not Jon Anderson and he butchered the songs but I guess he did the best that he could. They played Machine Messiah which was the best song. I've seen Yes live over twenty times with every combination of band members. I also seen Jon at a small place when he toured solo. I will see him if he comes to Michigan. This is really good. I hope Rick Wakeman joins the band, Not replace anyone just joins.
Jon and the Band Geeks are tight for sure. Even brilliant. But the sound is WAY bass heavy. Maybe its just the camera audio. But I have seen other write-ups making the same comment. Its as if the audio crew listens too much to disco and rap. This is Prog, man. The spectrum should be more balanced.
What a gift to us all that Jon and The Band Geeks found each other. The show in Boston was truly magical.
What a blessing it is that Jon found this talented band of musicians. And we are all blessed to be still enjoying hearing this music LIVE! Thank you to Jon and The Band Geeks! Superb performance! And thanks for recording and sharing this too😊
Have you seen him with Tod Mobile?
Also with the Transatlantic Band .
Doesn't matter.... YES music is eternal!!!
Oh nice to see him on stage again live. My first YES concert was February 1974 in Miami. 50 years gone by so fast.
Mine was in 1977
August 8th 1976 in Houston was my first Yes concert. I was 12...
Going for the One tour, Market Square Arena, Indianapolis! Steve will always be my favorite guitarist of all time and his band is truly great but to me, this is Yes now!
@@richardmorgan1588 I saw that one in Nashville. They were so great.
I can’t think of another singer who believes so deeply in the spirit of his music and message as much as Jon. He’s possessed. (In a good way.)
Jon Anderson gave hope and inspiration to those who listened, and the positive impact on his followers is incalculable. Just imagine if the entire world had been listening. I believe we would all be in a much better place.
No doubt. He and YES definitely raised the planet's vibration

I'm going tomorrow night in Greensburg, PA! They are doing three new songs as well.
I hope you have a Great Time and Enjoy Yourself then !
Wow. Goosebumps seeing how the audience greeted Jon. My first show was 1974. Last show was ARW in London. Would love it if he brings this lineup to the UK.
The authenticity of their sound is just mind blowing

Best vocal arrangements these songs have ever had. All six sing!
Thank you SO MUCH for this video!!!! 😇💘💝💖💓💞💕🧡❤💛🧡💚💛💙💚💜💙💥I've seen all good people turn their heads each day so satisfied I'm on my way!
It's really quite an accomplishment. Band Geeks and Jon really have something going on. This is so good!
Thank You Gaga Dreams! Very kind...
Magnificent, talk about “a smile upon my face”, thank you! ❤️
NICE!!

Wow, nice steady camera work. Awesome light show. Super sound. And of course Jon and Band in extraordinary form! Thanks for this!!

That was a great Close to the Edge! Can't wait until the Concord NH show this Saturday!

You’ve earned my subscription and like!!! Thank you!!!!!🥰🙏🏼👋🏼♥️❤️♥️
Thank you! You have mine too! 💗💗
The bass player has a Chris Squire vibe with that Rickenbacker and energy.
Richie Castellano-- fantastic musician
❤❤❤
Found yes in 1975 love his voice
This is the real YES!
Awesome Vocals Jon

Well he nailed that one! Steve Howe note for note. My fave Yes era too! They moved away from melody after Fragile imho
When you zoom the sounds goes lower FYI
Thank You, Is there a Part 2 of this show?

Absolutly..What a bunch of nuts!
Nice mess on the keys before the break on CTTE. Oops

What's with all of these people getting up and walking around?
And people videoing the whole thing instead of just being in the moment like this wanker who posted the video. It ruins the experience
Music is fine - the vid has given me a migrane.
Me too..and what is that filming Jon while the bass player's doing a great solo..Really?
Big yawn. I saw Wayne Prysby from W-R Events there. He’s their long time men’s room attendant.
NO NEW SONGS
they did 2
@Magnetron33 and did them well. Very much Yes vibe
@@artmccartan4911 The Closest YES there is. Having seen YES dozens of times this is the current best YES sound
Kd o tradutor do inglês?#luladrao
SH, Unless you can't make the house payment could you please retire your Yes tribute band. Turns out Jon is more Yes than you, fact.
excellent musicianship but sound really sucks.
saw his Saturday in St Louis - waste of time One decent song Selling "new album" awful gibberish
Get out of the past ffs
Ur out of yourself buddy... Wonderful show
Time for him to stay home. Awful bad portrait of something that shall never come back. Time for him to stay home.
I 100% disagree. You must be thinking of the Steve Howe “Yes”
You must be thinking of thr Steve Howe tribute band
And that's based on a recording from a phone? Saw the band Tue evening, they were spot on. Standing ovation after nearly 3 hr show.
I saw this show in Chicago....I was thrilled beyond belief!! So close to the old YES I could not tell the difference. Just over the top. 💗
