    Grate 70 grams of mozzarella type cheese.
    You can buy already grated cheese, but it contains some starch.
    70 g cheese equals about 1 cup, however, it is best to use a scale.
    Add 50 grams of cream cheese and mix them together.
    Microwave for 1 minute, 30 seconds at a time.
    Add 1 egg and mix.
    For the savory doughs, add a spoonful of Parmesan cheese.
    Just to improve the taste, add 1/4 teaspoon
    of dry yeast, thus, it will have a bread-like aroma.
    Gradually add 80 grams of my keto flour.
    Optionally, add 1-2 spoons of gluten powder.
    Knead the dough with the help of the spatula for 1-2 minutes.
    whack it on the table a few times to develop the gluten network.
    Resist the urge to add more flour, if you knead it enough, it won't be sticky anymore.
    Dust it with a little flour and roll it out with the rolling pin.
    Bake at 175-180 Celsius for 12-15 minutes, depending on thickness.
