At the end of the day, it's all about doctors collecting their money (high fees). They prey on the vulnerable & sick. They could not care less about their patients, imho.

For the price of therapy you’d be better off getting a dog and going for a walk in nature and talk to
    Your dog.
    Better results guaranteed

Any true and real psychiatrist should always point you inward never outward.... there truly is no answer found outside of ourselves...WE ARE THE DIVINE UNIVERSE...it is no joke,I know we hear that shit over and over again because it is true...
The true self, the true light ,the kingdom of GOD is within...look to the true light that we are with in...never look outward believing life's answers are there, their not...look with in and KNOW THYSELF

some professionals can definitely help. however, the psychiatrist must be much smarter than the patient in order to help. many mental health professionals are of average intelligence and cant do much but prescribe pills.

There's no fixing this life, many problems were there from it's initial design and they have been compounded by the wrong turns this civilization took before you were born. At best you can learn a few coping strategies, but even that is doubtful since chances are the person you are speaking to has never gone through your particular constellation of problems.
I think we should try to enjoy as much as can be enjoyed, as the Ecclesiastes book in the Bible suggests, and ideally not have any kids who would likely have a worse experience in life. It's getting worse all the time. Taxes go up, price of housing goes up, the ecological damage compounds, etc etc.

  • @Jaime-eg4eb

The chemicals they use are quite dangerous. There's all kinds of videos on YT from people with horror stories.
My personal opinion on this is that the problems people have are not "in their head". Most people's lives today are objectively terrible, and they are economic slaves. So going to a place to get gaslighted is not something I find helpful. That's not to say you can't find an empathetic person who will listen to your problems, but the degree makes no difference. If anything I think it's worse, because the ego of people with degrees in psyche-related fields is often through the roof in my experience. Even though they know as much about this existence as we do.

Price or no price: I personally would not waste time on it. Not a minute! It's incredibly made up. "How are things with your mother? ... Father?... ...Well maybe you're being too hard on yourself...".
*Hilarious. The biggest scam in history!*

Apart from psychologists, there are also many various coaches/healers, who sell workshops on the internet, e.g. "heal father wound", "heal mother wound", "heal your inner child". They organize very expensive workshops, therapeutic trips. In my opinion, this is a huge scam and exploitation of lost, desperate people. They usually have business background and this is their next business.

Psychiatry needs to be more specific, and run brain scans for diagnostic testing to show any kind of problem. This is done for any other part of the body. Exercise and having a support system can benefit mental health without going to professionals.

It’s all money making and a lot times they don’t help usually. I’ll say only do those things as a last option and you tried everything else. Therapy is only good to get copes from. Psychiatrist gives out meds that can give you more side effects than good. A lot of times it can make someone worse. I’m not anti psychiatric since meds can help in some way since I take lithium for my bipolar to help stabilize my moods but it cost a lot of money to to get medicated, set up appointments, blood work, etc. If you want to get off them, you have to taper off because if you don’t, you will get crazy withdrawls that make you go insane.
It’s shit when you go to mental hospitals and have to be careful what you say to the therapist/psychiatrist because they can drug you up more and take things to literally when you are not experiencing depression for example.

I don’t think psychiatrist fix problems but its for people who need to vent and offload problems instead of burdening your close ones. Sometimes my friends or even coworkers overshare. It annoys me. I have my own problems and they won’t listen to mine. I also think some psychiatrists are really dumb but as long as I can spill my guts on them then it kinda helps.

I believe the psychedelics make your brain make up stuff.
Isn't it interesting that the entities (in NDEs) want people to be submissive and have "gratitude" for their shitty, painful and torturous life? Isn't that some kind of narcissism? Even if this realm was for "learning", would you as a loving parent teach your children by torturing them and infliction pain day in day out or would you teach them with love and MAYBE a light spank if needed? What loving entities tortures to "teach"? Only the psycho entities!

Psychiatrists are trained as doctors first they then complete a residency in psychiatry, the thing about psychiatrists is its total
pseudoscience at its best but portrayed as an actual science grounded facts which it isn't.
The fallacy is that anxiety and depression are caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain which there is zero evidence of but if you say something enough times and make it sound sciency than the public will buy it, if these disorders are really caused by an imbalance of neurotransmitters in the brain then why is it that no one who is on psych drugs ever recover but their condition actually worsens over time as a immunity to the drugs are built up. I personally don't know of one person who ever recovered by taking psych drugs everyone I come into contact with is trying to get off of them, psychiatrists really don't offer any talk therapy unless you count asking 10 mundane questions every time you speak to one of them like how is your home life, do you friends etc, no they are there to adjust your psych drugs nothing more, the entire chemical imbalance theory/lie was to market psych drugs and doctors get kick backs for doing so also this is a billion dollar industry.
A researcher Ronald Pies put the final nail in the coffin of the chemical imbalance theory in 2011 in a paper he authored anyone can check that out, yet doctors and the medical system still write scripts for these psych drugs why again billion dollar industry.
