For our ‘Kuka, Tastes of Beautiful Samoa’ Season 2 finale, we’re heading back to the big island of Savaii to bring you a special dish that is packed full of flavour, ‘fai'ai fe’e’ or umu-baked octopus with coconut cream.

it tastes 100 times better when u seperate the ink sac from the octopus flesh then u dont have to pretend it tastes good dumping the ink in the coconut milk just ruins the whole taste, unless u like the strong ink flavor on your fai'ai fe'e
