So nice to be laying back in my seat. Bag full of magazines and gadgets safely under underneath. Moonlight streaked across the sea, onto the wing out my window. Lots of snoozing, some quiet laptop people, and a young sleepy girl standing in the aisle while her mom gets her out of her coat and into a comfy sweatshirt. Light vibration of the plane, nose up a bit, pressed back in the chair. I wonder if that farmer down there is awake. Or the cows can hear this plane. This big cigar tube in the sky. Not here not there. Somewhere flying in between. Lovely.
After testing all the other videos for sleeping: rain fall with thunders or smooth rivers and even planes flying, I find that this one here has been the best and most positive one. I wish everyone relaxation, full rest, and joy upon awakening
To the person reading this Remember to always take a moment in a day where you can collect yourself and put your mind at ease. MENTAL HEALTH is IMPORTANT! Whether it’s first thing in the morning, in the restroom, or even a couple of seconds after your park your car, FIND THAT MOMENT AND FIND THAT PEACE!
