Make it like every 5th grade student picking an instrument - bring on a middle school music teacher - they get to try each instrument for a set amount of time, and then at the end they have to pick their favorite and do a song biscuits with it
YES! I always wondered who could play what, and I could definitely see a band forming amongst the cast and crew. It would be awesome to eventually have them do a set on stage. A great bonding experience as well. Great for content!
I can't get over how Rhett's entire demeanor and posture and everything changed the minute he started trying playing the sax 😂 why was he standing like that?!? 😆
I ran into Rhett in LA. He was sitting down and I asked if I could get a photo. He stood up and oh my goodness. My neck hurt talking to him he so damn tall.
But he heard that it never fails for a woman to love a sax-playin' man, so he bought one at a yard sale. It looked incredibly complicated with all those moving parts. But all he had to do is move his fingers and throw back his head to speak to your heart.
I immediately thought this was going to be a disaster. Then the first guy went and actually did a great job and LINK was the one to get it first which shocked me. But then the other two went and it completely fell apart lol.
Emily is literally such a gem. Every single time she’s on I have the biggest smile on my face. Any mythical crew member reading this please tell Emily how great she is. And how great you all are!!
Episode request: I am addicted to those cake decorating videos, so satisfying. I’d love to see Rhett and Link decorating lil cakes, picking colors and trying to do frosting and decorations. It’s harder than it looks!
To be fair, Link's always been okay when it comes to fire. It was actually Rhett who did the really dangerous chemical reaction in that bottle years ago.
As a band directing mythical beast, that saxophone playing made my day 😂 Thank you all! Best part was the harmonization actually coming together to make some interesting chords! For your first try, you all did great!!! If you ever want lessons, let me know! Thank you all for bringing so much joy ☺️
@@kroneexe more of a faux American south thing. Something which we don't genuinely say unironically, but rather something we say to make fun of the way we tend to talk. At least, that's how I and the people around me have always used it in my experience. For all I know, the word could be a genuine word in some places. But I've never really heard it outside of the context of the phrase "whoulda thunk it" or phrases like it.
As someone who also played saxophone for 8+ years and hasn't touched it since graduation, this brought back a lot of good memories I haven't thought about in years. What a lovely episode
As a fan of bush-craft and outdoor skill videos, i appreciate anyone showing people how to use a ferro rod. They are one of the best fire making tools ever. and you can use them with any piece of metal with a 90 degree angle/corner such as knives, spoons, even a key if you had to.

Rhett next to carney is like most people I know next to me. Rhett is something like 1.3ft taller than me and I feel like if I stood next to him I’d be staring him in the rib cage 😂
This was one of the funniest videos I’ve seen this year 😅 I love this type of video where you know things weren’t going how they thought it would but they made the whole situation even better than originally planned!
I'm glad link took 20 minutes away from repainting the outside of the studio to come film an episode, thanks link. Remember let the first coat dry and then go over it with a lighter second coat!.
The whole reason I got excited to watch this episode was because Im a huge survivor fam. The fact that Link kept talking about survivor made it all the more worth while!!! “I got fire. Let me get my son and and we can do Blood vs Water” YESSS!!! LESSSGOOO LINK!!!
Emily, you’ve brightened my day by being yourself. I’m so happy. I also love getting to see a sax in here because of the ‘what women want’ song. One of my favourite songs ever.
We definitely need more segments of them learning to play instruments because they were having way too much fun
And more Mike Paisley!! 😍😆

Watching Rhett turn into some terrified giant land porpoise while trying to play the saxophone is a new top ten favorite GMM moment for me
that's an incredibly apt description of it, lmao!

too funny😭
Looked like someone trying to sneak milk from a cow teet.
Right 😂 every time he blew I was like what are you doing bud 😂
I know it was rhetorical, but his posture is because the sax is too small for him!
@@RandysRides 🤣🤣
6:25 Burst into laughter when Link just folded the shirt on his own and Rhett’s completely mesmerised

Well it worked because i just learned how to fold a shirt properly during those 2 minutes

He needs a nice baritone sax
I love when there’s someone standing between these two. It makes you remember this guys are a couple of red woods. 🌳

IKR? My first thought was “this guy is short”. Then I figured that he has average height, but Rhett and Link are tall af 😅
You height fetishists are weird
the folding tshirt segment was so good. emily trying to explain it, her cracking under pressure, rhett's failled attempts, i was dying
I loved how Link folded it faster than emily's version while she was explaining it

Rhett on the saxophone is so humbling 😂 He’s usually good at everything, it’s nice to see him struggle sometimes

I almost choked on my coffee because I was laughing so hard at the final segment 💀💀
"Are you in pain?" lmaooo
it sounded more like bagpipes than saxophones at that point ^^
I almost choked on my v8 too 😂😭😂
My stomach hurt after laughing so hard
Rhett on the saxophone has me in tears he looked terrified
The sax harmonic ensemble with the zoom in on each person has me weak 🤣.
Kenny G called to say they stole his vibe
