You met this stranger at the airport, found out he was going to meet his long lost mother, so you went with him and recorded the whole thing for him? That was Awesome! Thank you
Not fake. This actually happened. There was only one seat left at the gate. I asked if this seat was taken and to my surprise... an American accent responded.
"How's it going?" Mom bursts out her 28 years of sorrow. Son unable to express himself because he isn't a very expressive person & awkwardly introvert. But, happily ever after. I am glad to see them all reunited. I was emotional.
He is her son in biology only. She did not raise him and he has no memories of her what so ever.Sorry biology is what it is.The people that are there everyday are your family and blood never changes that.
@@chetyoubetya8565 They both have their place, saying blood is irrelevant is incorrect. The biological mother did give birth to him and still considers him to be her son even if she wasn't able to raise him.
His whole life changed as a result of someone's decision to go to war. His mother carried the pain of leaving him behind, you can clearly see she was haunted by the thought of leaving him alone in a hospital and all her emotions were released when she saw her child. I hope he keeps in touch with his biological family, it is a blessing to be loved by many share it and be thankful you have it.

its pain for him too, usually that takes time to come out in people raised in the western world , when it does , when the emotions serfaced , i fell into pieces and could not feel anything but pain at my loss of love of family of belonging , i still can not belong , i am 56

Oh boy!! As soon as she embraced him and started crying I started crying like a baby. Never thought it would touched me this way!! She just didn't want to let him go. So happy for her, love to see him with his brother, what a blessing!!
I needed to cry, it was very emotional and the heartache that mother had to have endured all those years. Also other comments about how he reacted when he first meets them at the airport, you have to understand he was a child (not a baby) when he was adopted so I'm sure he grew up at the orphanage and didn't have the bonding skills that most individuals acquire as a baby/toddler. He might have had great adoptive parents but he didn't acquire the emotional bonding. Also there was no mention of the father.
Ben looks so very much like his brother and his mother. Can’t imagine how he handled the emotions, the language difference, the communication difficulties. Hopefully his mom will be relieved and happy from now on.

I was adopted and I found both sides of my biological families. It’s a feeling you can’t describe. That look from the mother, I’ve seen that look too. My own mother gave me that same look. The look of relief having been able to see their child after so many years. And the brothers looking so similar. You are unusually genuine and inspiring. I am still amazed by your own family's story of the deceit of your mother's father and how it has created a legacy of of innocent siblings and cousins who uncomfortable with one another. I have subscribed. I know I will be enriched by your efforts to describe human experience that is individual, ethnically particular, but ultimately universal.
Tears of the greatest love all of them had and will have. I pray the family can stay together. This blessed mother. Such a beautiful reunion. There is nothing like there mothers love. I can’t imagine what she has been thru. God bless all of them I am so happy.

As a mother you'd do anything for your child, even giving him up to save his life. I just can't imagine to amount of trauma she had to endure Every. Single. Day. God bless her and their family.
I find it so sweet how the whole family knew about him and get's emotional. Even the kids at 3:03
I'm do happy for both of them. I can't even begin to imagine the mother's pain.
Those phones that translate are pretty awesome!... Nice and Wow!

What a beautiful story! The brother's bond is just amazing. Happy you made it home to your mom. Love from Kenya
Finally, seeing her son after 28 years I, literally can feel the emotions! Can understand how the mother didn't want to let him go. The pain of saying goodbye/see you soon. After 28 years I just, wouldn't been able to!! Gb
Moms watch their kids eat because we mostly have food and feeding those we love as our love language. When he took a spoonful of the soup she made with all her love and then he licked the spoon after, that says I love you more than words.
They’re a very lovey dovey people. And he comes from Utah ! Clearly a big cultural bridge to cross! They all did so well.
Happy for the whole family! I really like how the two brothers laugh and joke with each other. Much love to you all!

It so glad to see someone meeting their family for the first time after 28 years. Now its my time to meet mine after 27 years. I will be going to Croatia this February and at first I was nervous about going or even buying a ticket but this video has made me feel less nervous about meeting my biological family. I really can't wait to meet my mom, my brothers and sisters. So thank you!!
