I purchased this antenna in 2021 and worked more than 40 countries. I added the 80m coil and had solid contacts both UK and Europe. Band changing is quick and repeatable with the band guide. Had one of these with the tripod but got damaged in a house move. Superb and very quick to put up. Just ordered a new one as we're doing the Scouts Jota Joti in October and the kids all want to see how amateur radio works so ideal for a quick setup and demo. 73's! M6IRO

How good does this antenna work in the field say like in New York where you're world is all concrete and steel., it probably works the same it really looks like a great set up for a Radio antenna

@@SteveBerwick Point well made, 100 watts gives more confidence - but plenty of opportunities with /QRP at 5 watts or less.

If you didn't have the Rig Expert, could you have achieved the same results? If so, how? Great video!!
Hi Ron, Of course you can also use the SWR function on the Icom IC-705 to assist in tuning the antenna. The Rig Expert speeds up the process.
I already have the kit and like it. Looking forward to getting out and about with the Icom IC705 and the Super antenna.
Great Video. Bought the Super Antenna from you a few years ago, and side by side the MP-1 is 2 S points stronger on 20m than the ATAS-25.
