My favorite fantastic four comics is the run from mark wade and mike weiringo from i think the 2000s its what made me love the family and made me scared of Dr Doom
The word usually used to describe this type of aesthetic is "retro-futurism." You see it in a lot of things and is always appealing to me. You see it also in "Fallout" and in games like "Bioshock."
Jonathan Hickman's Fantastic Four is the F4 comics I grew up with a lil girl, so I certainly recommend that. Very mature and some crazy science fiction and action. Given that the next Avengers movies will take some inspiration from his Secret Wars comic event (which spun out of his Fantastic Four run) I definitely think it'll be essential reading in the coming years. Also, agreed with the person who suggested Mark Waid and Mike Wieringo's Fantastic Four, before Hickman that was easily the best modern day run on those characters.
My question about the movie is, how will RDJ’s Doctor Doom tie into the movie or tie into all of this? How will this movie lead directly into Doomsday and Secret Wars because right now we still haven’t been introduced to Doom yet, so I’m intrigued to see where they go with this and how they tie all this up and to see RDJ’s performance as Doom
This looks really good!
Let me know the essential Fantastic Four comic runs to help me learn about these characters.
Thanks for watching!

What state are you from Mr. Smols? You have a cool accent!
I think it's turned into a mix of different places. But originally, Minnesota
The big guy at the end of the trailer is Galactus the last being in the you'd ever want to see appear above Earth

I hope RDJ is actually playing the real Victor Von Doom not a evil variant of Iron Man
Looks terrible
