I remember few years back after my wife died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with bipolar. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 6 years and still counting. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.
I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death buddy, lets be honest here.
Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏
YES sure of mycologist Predroshrooms. Mushrooms literally got me off my feet and turned my whole life around. I am currently a housing manager for a recovery program. I wouldn't have been able to do that shit without psilocybin.
I'm so very happy for you mate, Psilocybin is absolutely amazing, the way it shows you things, the way it teaches you things. I can not believe our world and our people shows less interest about it's helpfulness to humanity. It's love. The mushrooms heals people by showing the truth, it would be so beneficial for so many people, especially politicians and the rich who have lost their way and every other persons out there.
Not a formally trained chef but someone that has been in the kitchen and business for almost 20 years. People really are missing out when it comes to tasting different mushrooms, every mushrooms is NOT built equally at all. So if you get the opportunity to Try an uncommon mushroom, esp this one, do it!
- 2:40 THANK YOU. I always tell people, "I love you but *DO NOT* DO a balloon release when our love ones pass away && for EVERY anniversary after, they normally end up chocked around s sea turtle." It is something more people need to raise awareness to. 🙏🏽 Бог благословил
Watching your videos makes me want to go back to school. When I in elementary all I ever wanted to do was be like Steve Irwin but I think my young heart was too heartbroken when he passed so I unfortunately lost interest. Here I am at 24 and you’ve relit that fire. Keep doing what you’re doing Forrest!
amanita muscaria (mario mushroom) kinda basic but they grow everywhere out here by the west coast and they're just always cool to see during the rainy season.
That's awesome, the most I've ever got in a patch was just over ten pounds it felt like we would never get through them. I've still got those chanterelles in the freezer from last fall and have never tried them with pasta. Also, you're very luck to have people to show you where to find them!
AHHHH I thought I already loved you!! Now mushroom hunting YES 👏🏽 I’m in Illinois and would LOVEEEEE to get an opportunity to help out our environment with you!!!
I live in Latvia and we get chanterelles as one of our main mushrooms in the forest when we go mushroom picking (super popular in our country) but the craziest thing is - I had never seen such huge chanterelles! They usually are like 3 times smaller here.
Awesome! Foraging for mushrooms is always a great bonus while spending time in the woods. I liked and already subscribed to hopefully come along on your bow fishing trip!
As a Canadian I always find mushrooms fascinating because for everyone great one there is a close mimic that basically wants to kill you and grow on you 😂😂 Great video as always brother
I’m down. Picked many mushrooms, love fishing. Love foraging, and never get enough time for it. Pick me Forrest! I can promise more than a few good stories. Been a fan forever! But.. how does B.T.G not go on your next adventure?!
I love your content so much Forrest. You are my biggest inspiration and I aspire to be just like you when I grow up. it would be my biggest dream to go bowfishing with you and the crew! I also watch your show all the time!
I liked and subscribed, have a bow, live in Santa barbara, have hung out with you before, and would love to go bow fishing! Let's gooooooo! Also, garrick is a G! Love that dude, can we please have more videos with garrick in them? He's the best
Always good to watch forrests videos... although got to mention the advert, youtube adverising youtube premium to watch youtube uninterupted, No adverts. Lol.
Hey Forrest! I live in Ventura county and have been a fan since day one. If you ever need help filming or want to go explore the Malibu area which is where I grew up when I’m back this summer from school I’d love to meet up or help in any kind of way.
I live in Sweden and I have grown up picking chanterelles every late summer/early fall since I can remember! However it’s not often I come across huge ones like these. Everything’s bigger in America, I guess 😂
Been planning on buying a mushroom book for Illinois and and Wisconsin since we are always hiking and would be awesome to forage for our own mushrooms. Last we were up north hiking by Lake Superior I found so many thimble berries made for such a great little snack mid hike wish I had grabbed some in a tub for dessert that night
I have never seen a chantarelle a third that size here in Norway. But here we are lucky enough that the only mushroom that can be mistaken for the chantarelle is one called false Chantarelle. And it is also edible.
@forestgalante dude I would enjoy it if you went to investigate the Florida fish issues. They are acting strange and I trust your analysis more than all!
What is your favorite mushroom to forage?
Chanterelles! Then The Price, and lobster mushrooms.
Morels
Idk
Boletus in Poland!
Morels, Hen of the woods and Chicken of the woods

As a chef and mushroom forager, I really enjoyed this segment. Having made this exact dish before, you did good boys.
Please sir, Go on the Unsubscribe podcast and drop some knowledge on the boys. We need this.

Forrest Galante is my favorite super hero.
I freakin love this channel. Thanks Forrest
Chanterelles are in a lot of places. I've personally gathered them in South and north Carolina. Happy hunting everyone and stay safe.
I cried when you dumped that water out. That is pure essence of the mushroom and restaurants would keep it.

Chicago suburbs here! Love the content! And fishing!
I harvested nearly as much mushrooms, if not more in eastern Kentucky last year. And when they were harvested it hadn’t rained in two weeks
i honestly didnt know the difference between gills and veins before this video, thank you for the education! keeps us all safe!
We love days like that here in missouri with morels. Be blessed.
Forrest if you ever want a guitarist for background music purposes, let me know!! 🤘love what you do and every new animal you encounter!!!
I’m in Missouri and want to go look for these this season.
Awesome job guys
Love the cooking videos!!
Love learning about nature! Thank you. Liked and subscribed
I saw you in Extinct and alive it said you were looking for the ivory billed woodpecker!
I totally thought he said "the magic kind" when he had that magic mind drink... was thinking how can he film a tv show and be trippin' balls 😂
Damn! That chanterelle pasta looked ..sooo dang good! Nice haul Forrest
Would definitely be the trip of a lifetime! Love your content man and what you stand for!
I live in Latvia and we get chanterelles as one of our main mushrooms in the forest when we go mushroom picking (super popular in our country) but the craziest thing is - I had never seen such huge chanterelles! They usually are like 3 times smaller here.
Honestly that would be so cool if you researched to see if Mountain lions still exist in Upsate Ny / New England

tnx for your great content.
Just happened upon your channel today for the first time. On my third video. Thanks for the excellent content. :)
We call these mushrooms "foxes" (or even "little foxes"). They are super good with fried potatoes or with cream and pasta.
Im so glad i found this channel it was my obsession with the tasmanian tiger that brought me here i just love nature
As a Canadian I always find mushrooms fascinating because for everyone great one there is a close mimic that basically wants to kill you and grow on you 😂😂 Great video as always brother

Nice! Looks like an awesome day out foraging!
I love your content so much Forrest. You are my biggest inspiration and I aspire to be just like you when I grow up. it would be my biggest dream to go bowfishing with you and the crew! I also watch your show all the time!
I love wild mushroom soup, fried mushrooms with cream, stew with mushrooms, dumplings with mushrooms and mushrooms marinated in vinegar.
Creamy chanterelle sauce is the best with boiled potatoes, just saying! They are super common in Latvia, tho we pick them in Autumn.
My favorites are morels and giant puffballs. Giant puffballs can be fried like steak and, if done right, are delicious.
I liked and subscribed, have a bow, live in Santa barbara, have hung out with you before, and would love to go bow fishing! Let's gooooooo! Also, garrick is a G! Love that dude, can we please have more videos with garrick in them? He's the best
I have never been bow fishing. I would consider that a highlight of my year to bow fish with you.
- 11:47 That was so incredibly.. a nice big "I'm better than you" kinda comment.
Forrest really took eating like a king literally ❤
Always good to watch forrests videos... although got to mention the advert, youtube adverising youtube premium to watch youtube uninterupted, No adverts. Lol.

My dad and I are such big fans of Forrest, would love for him to be able to go bow fishing with you guys. We’re in Illinois too🤞
Another Awesome Video!!
More videos with garrick in them! That dude is the best! You just know he's got some more funny quips in him.
Gorgeous Chanterelles. Our Chanterelles are equally impressive and delicious.
Hey Forrest! I live in Ventura county and have been a fan since day one. If you ever need help filming or want to go explore the Malibu area which is where I grew up when I’m back this summer from school I’d love to meet up or help in any kind of way.
My aunt lives in Monticeto, I had no idea Chantelle grew on the west coast!
Absolutely love this seems like so much fun
Amazing! I would love to try that dish in that setting! Not the version you would buy in a restaurant!
Happy Birthday Forrest
I live in Sweden and I have grown up picking chanterelles every late summer/early fall since I can remember! However it’s not often I come across huge ones like these. Everything’s bigger in America, I guess 😂

I enjoy watching your video 😊
Nice Forrest! Now can you show us a magic version? 🍄
Been planning on buying a mushroom book for Illinois and and Wisconsin since we are always hiking and would be awesome to forage for our own mushrooms. Love the videos man. I was looking into bow fishing recently but the bow setups are like $400 at fleet farm!!
Been subbed, liked, and commenting!
Thank you for the balloon talk they are lethal to wildlife. Where did you get your baskets from?
I have never seen a chantarelle a third that size here in Norway. But here we are lucky enough that the only mushroom that can be mistaken for the chantarelle is one called false Chantarelle. And it is also edible.
I ate my breakfast and dessert to this video. lol ♥️👌🏿 that mushroom dish looks so yummy.
Man that much money for that much mushrooms? I might have to get in on the gathering. Awesome video as always!
Hope you’re at animalcon again this year!!!
Bow fishing sounds amazing.
@forestgalante dude I would enjoy it if you went to investigate the Florida fish issues. They are acting strange and I trust your analysis more than all!
Next time can you please throughly explain the difference between the chants with veins and the jack-o’-lanterns with gills?
The ones that you found under the cow pies growing up were fun lol
