- 4 CH Xfly-Model Glastar V2 1233mm (48.5") RC Trainer Airplane PNP Brought to you by @bananahobby GO GET YOU ONE!!!
The all-new XFly GlaStar V2 bush/trainer plane is a high-performance, durable, all-terrain, STOL-capable, high-wing sport model. The GlaStar's impressive flight characteristics and large air-filled shock-absorbing tires make short takeoffs and landings on any type of surface easy!
The Glasair GlaStar (sometimes Glastar) is an American amateur-built aircraft that was designed by Tom Hamilton and produced by Stoddard-Hamilton Aircraft and later Glasair Aviation.
The new XFly GlaStar V2 now features a recognizable color scheme, thicker air-filled tires, and a reinforced aluminum landing strut. In addition, Version 2 also upgraded the power system, including an uprated motor and a 40A ESC, which is compatible with both 3S and 4S LiPo batteries that meet RC pilots' need for more power and speed.
Feature:
Version 2 - New color scheme, thicker air-filled tires, and reinforced aluminum landing strut
Version 2 - Upgraded power system (uprated motor and a 40A ESC - compatible with both 3S and 4S LiPo batteries for more power and speed)
4 operable channels (Aileron, Elevator, Throttle, Rudder)
A sport STOL plane that can be enjoyed by a wide range of pilots
Designed with a larger wing to provide a low wing load to deliver short takeoff and landings (STOL)
Made from lightweight durable composite-reinforced EPO and ABS plastic
Magnetic released top hatch compartment
Digital servos with ball-link equipped linkages deliver crisp and precise control at every speed
Unique over-sized pair of air-filled pneumatic tires that deliver great bounce and rebound resiliency. These wheels make hard or uneven terrain landings/takeoffs possible

ORDERED! What a COOL little plane, love the colors, size, design, and flight characteristics! The perfect warm up relaxing fun plane! Guy at our field had one today and man I loved it! Great addition to the hangar!
Good to see some colour on it too😂 painted mine in British R.A.F. flying school colour scheme..
So cool!
Wz😅
Looks great and i have just purchased one 👍👍
Awesome paul!!Paul!!! Thanks for watching!!
Brilliant plane just flown mine, club experts blown away with how good it is out of the box, not a single click of trim needed. I've ordered a spare before they go up or become unavailable, mu go to plane from now, eats carbon cubs and makes Tundras look like donkeys! I run 3s and 11x5.5 E prop.
Awesome flying Jeff.
Great flying with a super nice looking plane, Banana Hobby is killin it 👊🏼👊🏼
Classic Jeff first get wing over have a 90 degree take off straight into roles and inverted flight very nice!
I have the v1 and it's a great little flyer but always felt it could do with more power😂😂 but why did they not fit with flaps for the v2 ??
carrie helped me out too through a custom invoice to get some esc adapters for the tasman since i run xt60 connectors mainly for my charging setup and mind you these connectors were NOT listed, banana hobbies customer service is seriously top notch and thats not an overstatement, just really cool to see a lot of hobbyists be treated like family instead of another dollar to make! i’ll be making another purchase in the future with banana hobbies because of the confidence and trust instilled in me for my order and the process 🍌🍌🍌
Excellent, when I say she is serious about good customer service care to people, she proves it! Glad your happy! Go chop up some air space! 🫡
great flight...looks like it gets great mileage 😀
It is and is super efficient!
I have all the Cub/highwing birds I can handle right now. But this one makes my fill an empty spot in the hanger when a spot comes open. (Which we all know happens!)
Is it still a bit wonky as the V1 was? My V1 didn't handle low speed flying that great.
They must have fixed it with the V2 because as you can see in the video it Handel's low speeds great 👍 happy to report
@@RCPlaneReviewer Sure worth a try later one.
Just made a nice purchase from Banana hobby. It wasn't this plane 🙄 but I'm really looking forward to it. I'll just say 2.0 meter warbird. 😊
Cool
