Arc rocket sidearm with voltshot is also very good for the jolt of course. Forget bravery and take the one that gives increased ability damage if ennemy is affected by a dadk debuf as final warning unravels without any perks. Ill try your version later but it is very hard to let go final warning on prismatic warlock.

As a Stormcaller main, I’ve been wearing Crown of Tempests since Final Shape released. I’ve just been messing around with different abilities and aspects to see what does what. I will definitely try out this specific build, it looks awesome!
incredibly cool build, i swapped Purpose and Bravery for Honor and Awakening and have been loving it. Lots of ionic traces for amplified and even more ability regen.
Seeing as orb pickups only grant buffs for 5 seconds (talking about facet of purpose), overshield isn't as bad as people think. One orb gives you roughly 50% of your health as an overshield, but remember that the overshield portion of your health also gains 50% damage reduction, meaning this is like doubling your health, which is even more effective health than woven mail, ever since that was nerfed to 45% DR. The real strength of woven mail only comes in when you have it for a longer time, so you can regenerate your health underneath it, extending the effective health it grants, but with such a short timer, overshield is on par.
One orb grants 22.5 HP overshield, unless they stack its not half your hp but even then having to pick up 5 orbs to get the benefit of one woven mail isn't that great. At the end of the day you have devour, you don't need any of them
Tbh I probably could've clarified it a bit better in the vid, but the thing that makes woven mail better than overshield (in this build) is that it can't obviously be broken, so with shieldcrush, the bonus dmg and regen is always guaranteed to last the full 5 seconds over a chance that you might have it for 5 seconds with overshield because something could've broken your shields
Great vid, exciting build! Most of the Warlock exotic class items don't interest me but Crown of Tempest was the center of my favorite arc build for a while, definitely going to try using it here. Only thing I'd say is missing from the video are stat suggestions outside of the default T10 Resilience; with so much ability regen in the melee slot (between Arcane Needle's base regen boost and Crown of Tempest's effect) I don't think Strength needs to be too high so I'm going to probably put a lot of points into Recovery and Discipline but I'd love to hear what you'd prioritize instead!
Honestly, outside of low mobility and t10 resilience, there's a genuine argument for every other stat to be high, but for sure the recov and discipline are good options.
I’d say with all the orbs you would want to use wave splitter with double void surges plus the orbs giving overcharged battery and your fragment giving volatile rounds. You’d be doing a hell of a lot of damage.
Build tip: Replace Facet of purpose with balance for more lightning surge spam. You don't need restoration with devour. Could also opt for awakening for ionic trace generation
i feel like im doing something wrong? Im using that arc melee from that aspect, aswell as the grenade. and its like a 1/3 chance that im receiving the buff from the helmet? That's supposed to stack for cooldowns? I notice that its never on the side of the screen, or rarely is at some point/ the melee i often use in a big crowd and usually wipe the red bars with ease, am i doing something wrong? (i am like not the smartest with builds, aswell as destiny in general so forgive if im missing something obvious)
It sounds like you're using lightning surge right. Only thing I could think of is that because the build stacks up a lot of buffs and due to the priority system they added in TFS for buffs being displayed on your screen, it might just not be showing on your hud. Although even if crowns buff isn't visible as text because of how many other buffs you have stacked up you should still be seeing the bonus regen rate

tried this build today, was actually just going between transcendence and super almost all of the time, really fun also another build idea for you- i tried making a hunter build themed around hailfire spike, so only solar and stasis related weapons and abilities. I think it has potential and is definitely really fun as a rough idea

Cool build. I think im gonna stick with HOIL/Syntho tho, the extra damage is too good to give up for me. The super energy gains off of the arc exotic are extremely impressive tho, definitely worth giving a shot. Good stuff 👌

It could maybe, but you would lose out on the super gain which is a big part of the build and in prismatic there's not loads of stuff that interacts well with elemental pickups.
Fallen sunstar would require facet of awakening, and that is your only source of traces (unless you run Stormtrance and the artifact mod, but at that point just run mono arc). I tried out prismatic with Sunstar, and it just felt more inconsistent than Prismatic Crown of Tempests or mono Arc Sunstar builds.

for dark energy just simply add the new stasis GL type that spreads 5 stasis fields. it regens dark faster than anything.

I mostly just tweaked the in game settings, most of my stuff is set to high with a few at highest

Yeah I don't know why the wordings not right in game, but you just need 1 arc ability and the buff gets applied globally

Unfortunately not, there's a few exotics that can jolt but none of them are super amazing

how do u get amplified?
There is an fragment i think picking up the arc trace makes you amplified i believe
It's just on getting rapid arc kills, so abilities, jolt or even weapon kills will give you amplified

Lightning surge converts your melee into arc damage when you slide. You can actually see the melees turn from green to blue while doing a slide.
