Hi Kiran, congratulations for your new job! Indirect routes are always tricky, I’m not sure about it but can guide you on the route: Indian > Africa (Ecuador) > Central America > Jamaica > Cayman. It will be much more expensive and time consuming (only if you get the flights sorted). Instead, I’d suggest you to apply for Canadian Transit visa, there are direct flights to Canada from India and a 4 hour flight from Canada to Grand Cayman. Hope it helps
