I notice that groups in Whatsapp Business do not get the automated away message if they write me outside my business hours. Does anyone know if there is a fix for that?

hi so my problem is that the greeting message can be sent but the away message cannot be sent… any idea why?
The away message can be sent when you are offline not when your Internet is on on same WhatsApp phone
