Classic Filipino dishes like bistek and nilaga are recreated in this plant-based feast.This event called Bloom was conceptualized by chefs @noworriesvegan and @jonah_pavon , along with @manalopictures . These organizers say it was important to create a fine dining atmosphere @victoryhallsf while experiencing the creativity, nostalgia, and culture of plant-based Filipino food.
