The triangle of wellbeing is relationships, the brain, and the mind. The nine functions of the prefrontal cortex are body regulation, attunement to others, emotional arousal balance, extinguishing learned fear after trauma, pause to reflect before acting, empathy, insight, morality, and intuition. The first 3 R's are reading, writing, and arithmetic; the second 3 R's are reflection, relationship, and resilience.
