Brilliant video.👌 Love this car, good direction for infiniti , especially since my last good one was the M37S (still driving one) , same one-in-its-own-class vibe which makes huge impact .should do pretty good.
17:22 you skipped over one of the best features of this vehicle. That auto button. Click the mode button in the HVAC screen to reveal the air suspension controls. Engage the access button. Then, with the auto button engaged, whenever you shift the vehicle into park, it lowers itself two and a half inches to allow for easier access. This is especially useful for mobility impaired drivers and passengers. It is similar to but not as extreme as the hot rod bagged vehicles that lower all the way to the ground. It doesn't lower it that far, but this is to my knowledge unique among all SUVs currently on the market and is extremely useful. I've watched at least a half dozen reviews of this vehicle now, and literally no one has mentioned this feature.
@@VagabondBuilds Heh, heh, we love you back! ❤️❤️ This is likely just as much Infiniti's fault for not stressing this wonderful feature that is, to my knowledge, unique for this specific vehicle. My mom has mobility issues. Sedans are too low for her to sit down into because she can't get up out of them. Giant SUVs like this one are, of course, too high. Two row midsize SUVs are kind of the Goldilocks for accessibility. But the access button on the QX80 is a real game changer. Infiniti, or their marketing company, really need to wake the hell up. They've got this truly awesome feature and they're not promoting it properly. It's just kind of mentioned in passing if at all.
Unique features indeed the glass ifrared ultraviolet protection sound sytem communication integration nice vehicle 3.5 liter twin turbo V6 engine maybe i can do some basic maintenance on it to determine its viability
The video is excellent, and the reviewer did a fabulous job. Congrats! I really love the car, I am an Infiniti user and I think this SUV is gorgeous, but at this price point I think it is missing some features: - Fog lights - Soft-close doors - Side-window shades - Trunk cover/shade - Adequately padded centre front console - Extensible thigh supports - Puddle / marker lights on doors - Retractable running boards - Digital car key (Apple keyless entry) - Four-piston front brake callipers / two-piston rear brake callipers (non-sliding) - Rear entertainment system - Split rear hatch window - Ability to disable fake engine sound from speakers and the active noise cancellation I really would like to get this vehicle in the Autograph trim. Whilst the omission of the features above is questionable, I could live without most of them. But the lack of fog lights (@4:57) is a deal breaker. If one looks carefully, one would notice the placeholders for fog lights at the lower part of the front bumper. Currently they are closed with plastic covers. It's likely that Infiniti would add fog lamps in a future facelift update. So spend $100k+ now and get frustrated later when the fog lights are introduced?...
It’s nice, too bad you can’t’ colors in the Interior. The Autograph should come with a few other interior colors. Also should have a split tailgate like the RR
Why are some manufacturers still going with body on frame on their luxury versions? How many people take their 100k plus SUV on serious off-roading? Escalades, Navigator, Lexus, G Class Mercedes, and GM full-size SUVs drive like crap. It's their pickup trucks dressed up with a jacket and tie. The Range Rovers, X7, and GLS give you a better bang for your money. If you want a drivers SUV with room to for the family, the X7 is just the way to go.
Because these full-size SUVs are serious trucks. The X7 is a glorified X5 with less trunk space, and the GLS is not impressive for the money it costs. Aside from some minor shortcomings, the QX80 is absolutely gorgeous.
The Cadillac Escalade is good looking. But its the same old (even the 2025) boring, over hyped and too common vehicle. It lacks the freshness and the mystique as the new QX80. Dare to be different and drive an Infiniti!!
The Escalade is a great vehicle if one would like to socialize more with one's mechanic at the service station. And so are the Navigator and Wagoneer, Rover, etc.
Love the Hippopotamus (aka the 2025 QX80)! As opposed to the Walrus (aka pre-2025 QX80s). If only Infiniti did not scrimp and save on the fog lights!!!
The car looks good, I like it!
It does! It is pinnacle of luxury!
Very descriptive and thanks for sharing 🤙🏽
Glad we can help!! 😄

Best lighting in a video. Looks GREAT! But correction, all models have the air suspension except the Pure.
Thanks for the info! Appreciate it!

It’s a outstanding vehicle!
Good job dude
Appreciate it! Glad we can be of help
Are the driving impressions coming soon?
Not sure 😅. We will try to add them 🙂
@@VagabondBuilds you mentioned it drives like a sports cars in one of your comments so I'm curious 😊
@@VagabondBuilds does it drive better than the Escalade and the navigator?

Wow! Thank you for the perspective! I mean, you put it in such a way that almost makes it super hard to choose 😅

I hear ya, but you don’t like this color? I like it and as well like the idea that autograph is exclusive because of these things.
Where are the tv monitors in the second row, only thing missing.
Is that a make it or break it for you?
I prefer the Almada/ Patrol!!
Why?
@@VagabondBuilds just the way it looks. But QX80 is also looks super good. Nissan did a great job with this generation
No panoramic roof??
Yes. It has it.

The x7 was trash. Getting rid of it was the best thing I’ve ever done.
0 to 60mile 🤔
??
Hope they not using that raggedy ass cvt transmission
Nope. I mention the transmission in the spec part of the video. No cvt in this one.
Cadillac escalade ❤
You think it’s better?
Obviously, the 2024 Escalade is better, is different level but the 2024 Escalade is more money 🤷♂️
Escalade for sure if the engine was reliable beyond the warranty

No thanks my money will go to the 2024 Escalade or Range Rover. Infinity got lazy with the design and almost remind me of the Hyundai palisade🤷♂️
Escalade is body on frame. No thanks.
I don’t know about that… this thing drives like a sport car… only suv that is not body on frame….

@Zero_316 the QX80 also uses body-on-frame architecture
Feel the same way. Do you still want to sell the garbage truck so expensive?
