I’m in the process of redesigning my crochet elephant lovey and writing up all the instructions for the pattern. As I started reviewing my notes for how I crocheted the eyes, I couldn’t really understand I made them. The instructions were not working out the way I expected, and I also thought it might be confusing for crocheters to follow along. So, I decided to start over.
After crocheting the first eye, I thought it might be a good opportunity to film a tutorial as I crocheted the second eye. How do we make the eye more pointed? I’m making a dragon and I don’t think round would work!

I think the shape for a dragon eye would be completely different from these, but you can try changing the white highlight to more of a cat eye.
So taking the white yarn all the way across the black area.
