Damn the slim cases on the door.. man I didn't even think of that. That's the mod I need to fit a few more things in my Nissan NV. I have the mounts on the side walls instead of shelves because I have crates and hooks and whatnot and work almost exclusively in new residential construction so I took out the big snake and other specialized tools. I'll post a video like this once I'm done because it really helps to see other folks setups. Helps clear the brain 😅
This is definitely grand Master level holy shit man I am an apprentice right now and hope to someday run a van as clean as this!! it's like you've got the entire shop in your van!
I’m a 19 year old plumber of 4 years and it’s my goal to have a similar setup by the time I’m 21. It’s sometimes discouraging collecting all of the tools especially the propress and wanting to spend all that money again after my uncle sold my last packout while I was out of state.
@@fanncoplumbing862 yeah man I’d rather have my bank account emptied. I am very particular about my tools and always buy the highest quality. I also had a lot of old Made in USA tools from my grandpa who’s a master plumber that we’re irreplaceable. Pisses me off to no end.
@@alemgas yeah they had a rule in my state where you couldn’t be on a commercial crew under 18 but my grandfather had worked for this company for 40 years and knew I had been working with my dad since I was a kid and he was a GC so he made some exceptions for me and I was able to work at his company for 2-3 years and eventually moved on somewhere else.
I was about to say that not everything has to be a Milwaukee pack out box. Then I saw the Stanley or deWalt boxes and got very disappointed. Milwaukee all the way.
cool deal. Im a self employed plumber too. I just bought the packout system now looking for a truck USED> Have a cutaway large E350 What kind of truck do you have? Im located south of Boston.
I have a Pro Master. I’m located in Texas between Houston and Galveston. I was in Boston not too long ago. My stepson plays football for Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Bourne. Nice country up there.
How did you get those Milwaukee tools to stand up still like that at 3:15? Awesome set up by the way! Looking to get a Ford transit 250 and have it just as organized as this
I ordered those from some company on Amazon. They are a plastic mold of the batteries with screw holes in the bottom so they can be fastened down. Pretty handy way to keep my cordless tools organized.
The knipex are a German brand. In my opinion their brilliant and great addition for any plumber. Their version of channel of locks plier are second to none, will thought out and designed. You should take a look their flat Channel locks without teeth which are perfect for working on chrome fixtures you see in public washrooms.
@@crabking0697 buddy I have more cobras and pliers wrenches than you can imagine. The Swedish pipe wrench is the name of knipex branded pip wrench. I’m well versed in knipex. They know my bank account numbers by now.
I was transitioning from wood to my current set up. I had to do a little at a time but now all of the wood shelves are gone. I’m going to post a new video soon showing my current set up. It’s way less cluttered and much more organized.

Sorry to hear that about your tools!
I’d rather someone steal my money than my tools. Keep your head up and keep moving forward!

Dude that’s ass man I’m I’m a 23 plumber almost 4 years in and I’d lose it if someone took my tools. Hope your lucks better going forward!
You started work at 15 years old?? Don't they have child labour laws in U.S.

Nice vids! That’s a clean and expen$ive setup the press and expansion shit is cool.
Thank you sir.
It’s expensive but it’s taken years to accumulate.

It's all made in China anyway, tool snobbery get a life
Agreed. I invest in my business on products that fit my needs, not blind loyalty 👍
Great video
Thank you

How do you like the Swedish knipex pipe wrenches compared to the ridgid. Worth the investment?
They’re ok but I still reach for my old Ridgids first. The Swedish style are useful in rare situations.
@@fanncoplumbing862 do you think the Swedish is better in service areas? Seems like I could get a grip easier in tight spots

Man, why wood shelves? You've cluttered your walkway, batteries hanging off edge ready to catch on to something.

Nice setup but too much investment for a pro master .
I know they have their issues but I’ve been pretty lucky with my ProMasters so far.
80% of my business is within a 3 mile radius so mileage stays low.
