@Monday Morning Their name is officially classified but everything else is public info bud. Plus who else in the Army wears USASOC patches on their uniforms? Nobody sir!
I've been an Aimpoint guy for years, since back in the unit days and now. I have the Aimpoint PRO on my Sig 516 and my Aero Precision build in .300Blk.
Thanks for the information Larry. I'll never have the money to actually test it out but now its in my mind and maybe it will come through in a time I'll need it.
Great tips as always. Timely for me as I went to the range recently as tried moving and shooting. I kinda sucked. Then about fell on my ass on a slick spot in the grass. Going to take your class next year in Lebanon.
I’ve been doing this technique instinctively for the past couple of years and it has worked perfectly with pistol and rifle, I’ve even been able to to run sideways and put all my shots on man sized targets at about 25 meters, don’t know how to explain it but other than bending the knees and stepping heel first, I kinda isolate my entire lower body from the waist down and stabilize my upper body so no matter what direction I move I have minimum wobble like you explained, a good technique if you need to move with no one to cover you
I never thought my one year in marching band would have pay off in this way. We had to learn how to march in that same exact way (except back straight) so A) no one was bobbing, and B) we could move in formation.
*Starts walking like a Delta operator in my kitchen*
@Monday Morning Except it’s the same across all of SOCOM/JSOC. They all walk the same way to stabilize their shots

@Monday Morning 😂🤘🏼
@Monday Morning you as well brother! Happy holidays! Hooah!
That's a good way to look at it. Don't spill the coffee. Coffee is the sacred nectar of the warrior Gods.
I prefer kool aid
Mead is the only nectar worth killing for in the name of the warrior gods
4 years of marching band in high school should help. Everything Larry is saying is what we learned when marching with our instruments. Sweet.
You're in my wobble zone. I have some soup I'd like to give you.
i love my aimpoint pros! chunky but dependable. just like me!
great tips, please tell your videographer he's making people sea-sick with the continuous back and forth.
Is this guy related to the people who made the vickers machine gun?
The hot coffee comparison is a great, I still prefer to call it the Groucho Marx walk.

Fuck man am sorry but my eyes won't get off that SIG 👀
Great advice and presentation of it! Thank you for everything you do LAV! ✌️
Those are some great tips! Thanks Larry and Aimpoint!
Watching this as I stroke my Aimpoint T2

Hey Mr. Vickers can you do a video on the British SA80A3 bullpup rifle ?

LAV - what rail length do you recommend for a mid length AR-15?
I wish I could go back out and practice...ammo is so hard to come around during this these times
SIG needs to bring back these rifles
They're being imported in batches by san imports (formerly jdi)
We as self defenders need to draw 2 lines in the sand... one in front of us and one behind us
As a swede I'm proud that Larry is sporting a Aimpoint :)
Good video great advise Larry thanks stay safe.👍👍👍
Sorry that sick.... I mean sig sbr had me distracted.
Aimpoint Shooting On Training Tip The Move?
Hot bowl of supe. Boom it clicked for me

Shower me with your wisdom, larry.
Thank you Mr Vickers. Very helpful as I just started shooting on the move. Very much appreciated!
Mate your can shoot 👍
Great instruction - next up LAV cover how to engage stationary on moving; moving on moving; moving on moving oblique to introduce reverse lead 🤙🏼
Great video
I train that every morning...when I walk my hot coffee cup that is filled to the top up the stairs without burning my hands.
Solid tip, thanks. BTW. I hope there's podcast about SIG550 coming our way. The one about 1911 was excellent.
Noice
How do you shoot while moving laterally to the left of you're right handed and right eye dominant?
I have a history of spilling my drinks while on the move
Priceless! Greetings from Canada.
Good stuff LAV 👍🏻🇺🇸
That SIG actually in 300 Whisper? Isn't that 300 BLK's predecessor?
See here from 1 min on ruclips.net/video/s-oK39ngK_w/видео.html
Sorta yeah but wasn't popularized
SIG-553
Whered you get that gun! I need that gun! 😤
Very nice👍🏻
'When the bullets start flying both ways', so what are we training for Larry? Is this not for mostly a civilian audience here?
