- Which class is the best for new players? I go through four classes which I think are the best for anyone starting Ragnarok Mobile. I also cover two classes which I think players can aim for mid to late game. There is a code giveaway for SEA and Global players! See the video for the details!

I think ninja physical shuriken is a solid option that people don't really notice. At 4th u basically have 60% free pen from buffs, lots of ignore def sources and don't need much rune investment, 1 Star rune and 1S rune and you're basically good to go in damage. With buff you have -100% fct so can also resurrect, and clones can even tank for you so you're not always in danger like taekwon and nogu. You can also help team with element field that reduce target def and elemental resistance by a lot
Lightbringer is one of the best job for early game. Because you can get zeny easier from this job and anything can turn into zeny. Not only that, this job also good for grinding because giving us 2x more drop rate, so if you using meteorite chain you can get 8 items per drop, you can also get card with this methode if you lucky enough, which is pretty good since card is expensive on early time! You can also craft stone which is essentially for WOE and WOC. With zeny, you can make so much progress by buying equipment, craft headgears, refining, craft furnitures, guild donation, and so much more. And then later on mid game, you can easily change class to a suitable class which usually needed for weekly (such as Comodo, Lost Isle, Oracle, Echoing Corridor, etc). At the end of the time, any job is good, all depend on your own taste and play style. And if you feel like you choose the wrong class, remember: you can change it later FOR FREE (term and conditions applied)
I like doram because the learning curve is not terrible. There is a good variety of play style options to choose from as well. The Begetter class is also fun for this but the building can be a little hard for beginners especially the runes needed.
For me. I might recommend Stellar hunter, since it's now easy to get a job voucher. Sh can farm faster zenny to prepare your soon to be main job character
from experience i can recommend Ninja Class Phy. Shruiken build. can bypass oracle's sandstorm debuff, can pick your own element (except dark and holy) for daily grind. AA build is almost on par with SH. not rejected by most guilds
I would recommend shuriken ninja too, can farm, do weeklies and have utility. I prefer blade ninja, he can be really good, but the transition from mid game to late game is expensive and difficult.
I recommend Begetter! It's really good especially now that it can do VOID REALM easily also good for PVP and its f2p friendly .. DORAM is good too but it won't be able to do void solo .. sadly ..
I have a very old account from when the game first game with a level 74 Sniper. I’m thinking I’ll play a new character and maybe choose lightbringer since I’ve played Hunter before. Which server is the most active?
I recommend Doram. They can be Farmer, Support and DPS and have 4 builds.
for group hunting farming, is it better to have 3 stellar hunters? or 1 stellar hunter, 1 saint & 1 begetter? or 1 stellar hunter, 1 saint & 1 lightbringer?

I recommend begetter, a very f2p or cheap class but still can carry on most instances.
Imo the best start is sh for farm with saint job for instances
I'd recommend Doram for new ROM players. It's a very versatile class. With just beginner or basic equip, you can deal high AoE damage which is really helpful on clearing instances. A good farmer if you'll get +1 UFO (rune skill) or unlocked 3rd line - Life Bond star rune. Doram class can also be a support with high party heal, HP regen per sec.,shield and ATK/MATK buff, and resurrection! Yes, it's a very fun class to play as you can build your Meow as a physical, magic or a support.

Lightbringer is a great class and really F2P friendly but damn getting there is a pain since Blacksmith and Whitesmith has peanuts for damaged compared to an Alchemist Summoner build.
Yes, begetters got a great buff and it is a fantastic class now. I will add it in the future
stellar hunter for 1st character...(for farming) then multi to Nogu 👍
Best class to start on is Genetic. Good dps and good at farming aswell

I personally like doram. It has better continuous DPS and AOE. If you do join a party, you have good party buffs

Stellar hunter is the best for new players. the availabilty of the new arrow types allows the hunter to always have element advantage vs mobs when farming.

i prefer occultist for newbie friendly, assuming you dont have luck in gacha headwear and no aesir rune, runes and any other things. you can farming with minimum equipment like wizardly staff, sacrifice book, robe of cast. you can farm in matyr for a while, and can move to GH sewer after you get better equipment
Hunter is always best for starting. (Me who started as aarm and still grinding lol)

I think it's between Saint or Divine Avenger to cover both PvE and PvP for newcomers, as mostly they rely greatly with these jobs on weekly runs and GvG

Stellar hunter trap is best for PvP. I think TTL insta kill takes a bunch of trap setup. I never seen it in isles or museum
I want to know about shadow weapons. Can I use the same thing as the main item?
They haven't released shadow weapons yet, so not sure
If you are new and not the type to ask for leech and other help...then blacksmith. This is your bank to gear your stellar hunter.
best class is Light bringer. easy to farm gets to craft in demand item nad gains more zeny and easy to 1 shot mobs. SEA server EL

Short answer. NoGu, easy choice.
If you get the Ruthless Slash rune with 3rd line you wouldn't have to worry about Ignore Defense anymore. You won't find choosing pieces of equipment restricting.
But honestly, go with a farming job first to establish your account. Maybe go with Stellar Hunter first then multijob to NoGu since getting the required runes takes a lot of luck and time.

Not for PvE. The damage is too low. Rathgricy is better for F2P

It is still relevant, the only new class that came out is Rathgricy that would be added here, but she requires lots of runes

The best class is ofc merchant and lightbringer. Mecha super Gundam mode!? Doesn't need any better explanation right?
It's very good for new ones since merchant is good at earning money and mats. Then after lightbringer you deal aloooooot DMG and are really good at pvp.

For me the best is still stellar hunter for beginners so they can farm for their basic needs

taekwon is really painful to build, need tons of luck in rune gambling and balancing ign def or atk gears, also this class is glass cannon compared to nogu

Next time I do a list I will add Begetter. A lot of people suggested it. Personally Begetter was a farming class which I found less flexible compared to SH and a lot of ppl cheated with macros. But now post humuncolous buff it is good for PvE

Best class for players should either be blacksmith or hunters. Hunters can farm really fast while black smith can farm fast, they can also do MVP quite early. From either hunters or blacksmith, they can farm as much zeny as they can. After setting up their farming builds, then they can pick whichever class they want to main. They can also use the time building their hunters/blacksmith trying to learn more about other classes and picking which class they want to main.

I would recommend Light Bringer as it is cheap to build with relatively good DPS & Farming with AI Pioneer and Knuckle Buster.

We all know no one wants to help a freeloader in weeklies.
I think it depends on the guild. Some are much more open to people joining and being unable to do anything. The whales who help carry weaker folks are the real heroes :)
@@WobblyWallaby unless you're popular and or a streamer then of course they'd help so that their guild can be seen by other people. Unfortunately this is how SEA works. If you're not popular or a streamer SEA players won't help unless you're paying for the weeklies "services".
The best class for New players, is not play this p2w game.
I'd recommend Stellar Hunter because all jobs, except collab jobs, are free due to the free job voucher. Zeny is one of the most important resources in the game when building characters so having a main source of zeny income, through grinding among other things, is a big plus towards trying out other jobs. Stellar hunter is also F2P and newbie friendly for PVP/GVG builds.

Lightbringer, the merchant skills Discount, Overprice, Fund Raising is definetly a big help for starters. It can also craft alloys and weapons that are sellable in exchange.

Starting out as AARM will be a challenge. I know some people who started as that and got very strong overtime...but it takes a lot of hard work (and money)!
