Jaka Parker, tell why they have a limited time for supplying electricity? Why can't the North Koreans build power plants? Or is it not that they don't have enough electricity?
As a result of total sanctions and a trade blockade, they have a fuel shortage... but they are working to overcome the problem by building hydroelectric and other power plants and using solar panels of their own production.

@@kirilltischenko4822 ГЭСы у них есть... У них, кстати, даже на гербе ГЭС изображена. ;) Я не специалист, но думаю одного желания мало все застроить ГЭСами, особенно с оглядкой на экологию и т.п. Но они делают все возможное, включая развитие атомной энергетики... так что, думаю, со временем все у них наладится.
