      The purpose of this diode thyristor is to construct Half controlled Rectifoer. As in half controlled one diode is used and one thyristor.

    How do i get full output of 440V in these thyristors? I get only 120V. Please help

      How you get 120 V ? Please explain.
      Dear thyristor is simply a switch. As soon as you will apply voltage at gate, the thyristor will conduct for half positive cycle

      Which thyristor you are using ? At which point you are measuring ?
      Have you applied voltage at thyristor gate ?

      @@electricalmatters2320 Semikron SKKT 55A. I applied 440V at Junction 1. I shot 2&3 with copper. I gave signal to G1 & K1 from PID Controller. Also G2 . Still i get 120V output.

      You are applying 440 v at terminal 1. Where you are giving neutral. Are you applying voltage only at terminal 1 ? Because applying only at terminal will not do anything.
      You are using only 1 module of SKKT ?
