Honestly if you think about it it's like the history of earth, opening movie to army of puppets is when people sinned, and from light to dark to restoration is the millennial reign of god
the problem is, the developers don't see the point in bothering and spending money on cutscenes when people just upload them online instead of having people play the game

Imo, it should've had more cutscenes like when Kirby first encounters the first spirit his about to fight, Kirby rescuing mario and then mario wonders where he is, what kind of world is he in, what did Galeem do to the rest of the fighters after the "ultimate attack" from galeem, how about a cutscene where the characters enter the light realm basement. Maybe for future updates, will get more cutscenes or just updated cutscenes like Mario Tennis Aces, but most likely not.
@@jonwoods4590 Well Kirby just escape on his star. Bayonetta technically was originally scripted to escape probably due to Purgatorio. Palutena also was originally scripted to escape due to Skyworld gate. But Kirby is much easier and more OG/classic character that why he only survived

The shot of them just watching at 9:38 just gives me chills. They know that they can’t do anything anymore and just have to watch, as two godly beings fortify the fate of their own existence. It’s kinda like watching two parents argue when you’re a little kid

Even though there is hardly any of them, these are some of the most beautifully animated cutscenes I have scene in any video game; the sound effects, everything is done so perfectly

Swallowed by Darkness is by far the coolest one, there’s just something about seeing the god of light being chained up, stretched out, and pierced through the core as it’s held up for everyone to see it’s life energy drain. And Mario’s legs to just stop working

there is no positive outcome. either the world is consumed in darkness, it's pupated by some celestial being or they both die and then the universe is freed, at the cost of all it's inhabitants. yea the only real way to win is with time travel... probably

From 9:139:38 this scene here is my favourite cutscene of the story because it shows the God of Light and Order fighting the God of Darkness and Chaos then they just look down at the Smash roster as they are ready to fight for their lives and save the world it's just so awesome
It’s cus the creator of smash is the creator of Kirby, he survived because of the plot otherwise characters like sonic and other fast characters would have survived

Even without voices, you still just understand what Dharkon and Galeem are like. Dharkon is vicious and unrelenting. Their attacks are wild and hard to predict. When they are enraged, they thrash wildly while roaring. It’s attacks proceed to get even more vicious and unpredictable. Galeem is calm and collected, their attacks are concentrated and patterned. However, even someone who is calm can get angry, but Galeem still keeps their cool as their attacks still have that same pattern, but more quantity.
I think after the final fight, each character would being reunited with their friends and family. For example, I think Luigi would crying on joy and hug Mario and would thank Kirby for taking care of his brother while he was captured.

Ultimate felt like dlc better multiplayer more characters and a new mission with 2 new cutscenes And if you view ultimate as DLC you will like it a lot better
Those beams are light speed so the only one who can truly escape are sonic, bayonetta, palutena and maybe Samus and even then, the light spread throughout the galaxy. And I think the warp star has teleporting capabilities(it’s also faster than light). Not too sure since I don’t play that much Kirby games aside from air ride..

Can someone explain to me the story? I just don’t get a few things like how Kirby was the only one who survived. A literal goddess died, so how did Kirby survive if the light took over everything in the beginning? Also the endings are pretty confusing too
The redstone is quite simple, actually. The beginning cutscene depicts galeem erasing all of them, but Kirby, who is the eater of worlds and can travel past the speed of light, escapes. The reason that not everything was consumed is because the light consumed everything to create a new world, and it didn’t go on forever. The ending is also quite simple. Depending on which path you take, galeem will beat darkhon, then consume everything in light, and if darkhon wins, he consumes everything with darkness. If you get the true ending, both are defeated and reality is restored.
As a Metroid fan, I don't think Samus' reaction Galeem's attack was accurate to her character. She doesn't attack things that are clearly a deadly beam coming for you and she would've realized this as she wasn't the first one to go. I think her reaction would be more like Falco's and hopefully her gunship has quickly activating faster than light engines... since Galeem Beems(TM) probably have a top speed of light by definition? I would've been so happy if Samus had survived with Kirby.

The cutscenes were really good but I think Brawl had way better cutscenes than Ultimate. The best cutscene was probably the end fight, it was EPIC!!!

I think after the final fight, each character would being reunited with their friends and family. For example, I think Luigi would crying on joy and hug Mario and would thank Kirby for taking care of his brother while he was captured.

It’s weird how that beam-bullshit was able to catch falco, th flying guys and Sonic (fasty boi) but not Kirby (plus how Tf did he teleport)
Those beams are light speed so the only one who can truly escape are sonic, bayonetta, palutena and maybe Samus and even then, the light spread throughout the galaxy.
And I think the warp star has teleporting capabilities(it’s also faster than light). Not too sure since I don’t play that much Kirby games aside from air ride..

Can someone explain to me the story? I just don’t get a few things like how Kirby was the only one who survived. A literal goddess died, so how did Kirby survive if the light took over everything in the beginning? Also the endings are pretty confusing too
The redstone is quite simple, actually. The beginning cutscene depicts galeem erasing all of them, but Kirby, who is the eater of worlds and can travel past the speed of light, escapes. The reason that not everything was consumed is because the light consumed everything to create a new world, and it didn’t go on forever. The ending is also quite simple. Depending on which path you take, galeem will beat darkhon, then consume everything in light, and if darkhon wins, he consumes everything with darkness. If you get the true ending, both are defeated and reality is restored.

As a Metroid fan, I don't think Samus' reaction Galeem's attack was accurate to her character. She doesn't attack things that are clearly a deadly beam coming for you and she would've realized this as she wasn't the first one to go.
I think her reaction would be more like Falco's and hopefully her gunship has quickly activating faster than light engines... since Galeem Beems(TM) probably have a top speed of light by definition?
I would've been so happy if Samus had survived with Kirby.
