Jonathan Evans, a mentor, author, speaker, and former NFL fullback treasures his relationship with Christ along with the opportunity to use his life to glorify God. Jonathan seeks to impact today’s athletes, men, and young adults by equipping and encouraging them in their faith.
Jonathan serves with his pastor, friend, and father, Dr. Tony Evans, both in the local church and the national ministry. They also teamed up together to write Get in the Game, a practical guidebook filled with sports analogies and spiritual truths aimed at strengthening readers with the skills they need for living victoriously.

This is bringing back memories of my ten, then 11, then 12 kids! It was a time, but we knew no different way! It was a blessing! It was passed down ftom my Great Grandpa, Pastor Jackson Smith of Galilee Missionary Baptist Church in Houston
He passed it to my mom and dad, they passed it to their 15 children, and I, #12 passed them to my 12.

I taught them their Books of the Bible around the Living Room couch and we learned them verses, then the Divisions in the Bible, History Books, King and judges Books, Poetic, Minor Prophets, Major Prophets. The 4 Gospels the Acts of Paul, The Letters to the Churches, and Hebrews. James, Jesus' brother. Peter's letters, John's letter through Revelations! 📖✝️🤔... I am proud of your Family, Pastor Jon Evans! Train them in Righteousness!🙏🏼☝🏽🎭✔️

It's amazing to see family sit down together and have meals together this day and time people are rushing in and out of the house not even communicating with one another so glad to see this family sharing their meal together and communicating with each other praise God
