I think your dad absolutely loves his boy. I think this video will be nice not only for people trying to learn to string a racquet but for your dad so he can actually see you when you go off to college. Good job explaining the stringing procedure and good luck to you in college as well young man. I wish you and dad the very best... thank you!!!
Thank you for your time and insight, especially on the nuances of stringing a brand new racquet. It took me half the time to string a used racquet. Those grommets were a pain. Because of your advice, I think I avoided a lot of beginner mistakes.
Thanks for sharing. Few tips: pre-weave one cross ahead before tensioning. Also, since you have a clamp consider using it to start crosses. That way you won't need to use a starting knot. Parnell knot is a great alternative to your knot.
Do not use the tensioner to tighten the knots. It's bad for your racquet and for the string, both of which can break. Use your starting clamp for better grip and hand tighten.
@@MPTennis do a parnell knot, its much neater and holds tension better. honestly the second half hitch knot you do, is pretty much useless and holds nothing. great tutorial btw.
Man, I love it when people explain something as if I am dumb! Thank you! Best video on learning to string I have ever watched!
Glad you found it helpful. Let us know if you have any other questions. Good luck stringing!

Could you please show us how to do “one piece “string job, “ where to don’t cut the strings separately to string main and crosses

Crank vs drop weight? What do you recommend?
@@tubevideo7777 crank…. 100000%
@@MPTennis just bought gamma st 6 from amazon
What is your cross tension with 51 on main?
I always use the same tension on cross as I do mains
@@MPTennis i saw a lot of players string cross lower than main? Have you tried that? Any diferents between that?
@@Roquang Ya, I have seen that too. I'm not sure what it does exactly..... I might have to try it🤷🏼♂️
I think a drop wheight is more accurate because it constantly pulls instead of a crank just locking out
I actually think I can string a racquet now.
Over, under, over, under. 🤣
Wow.... Great listener. It was like you were there watching me?
stopped watching at double half hitch finishing knot...
Do you use a different knot? What do you recommend?

We can’t recommend your technique ; forget it
