Hi! My advice is on knots. When you finish the mains, use the 1st slot to pass your string, and use a starting clamp or flat clamp to not damage the string. Pull the knot well by making forward / backward movements so as not to leave part of the rope untight. Have a Nice day💪🏼🎾😉
Great video for how to use a Pro Stringer. It's such a fun design. Although I've already been that stage, I do even restring my racket with stand wood working equipment and with a bucket of water for adding accurate tension (or did I).... What a memory.... And to do diy string always so fun and so good to play, because a fresh strung always plays excellent (actually freshness are more important than tension accuacy).. But eventually it won't cost long time to upgrade to a desktop 6 claw machine and a 2086 pulling head....
Hi! Thanks for the video. Love your vibe. Interesting to see someone string on the pro stringer. Btw the first knot you did on the mains is a parnell knot, not a pro knot! I like parnell beter as well.
Great video, thanks for your contribution. I see that you string one whole side of the racket, before doing the other side, i think this is generally not recommended as it puts very uneven pressure on the racket and can cause warping or even cracking. The general recommendation is not to go more than 3 ahead per side, and ideally only do 1 ahead for even string tension distribution throughout the racket, as per recommendation of string guru AMstringing (check his youtube). I am still learning myself as well so thanks for sharing your technique.
Thank you for the helpful tips! After making a few videos, I have begun to make sure to switch after doing 4 lines on the main to prevent any warping. I also looked through some more stringing videos, but unfortunately I had already filmed and edited the video when I found out. Either way, thank you for your helpful notes :)
Nice use of camera and edits. Well put together!! I agree with Thomas. With that mounting system I believe it is best not to go more than 2 ahead on either side. Doing so creates an unbalanced situation that not only is potentially harmful to frame, but can create uneven tensions with your main strings. Also, your starting method is not producing a uniform tension in center mains. I believe Pro Stringer has a recommended starting method on their RUclips page when using a starting clamp, if you have one.

thanks for your advice :) I'll definitely implement it in my stringing process and I bet it can help a lot of other people who are watching the vid
