May you explain the “chakra” and “incense” situation? Not familiar with it.
Emily Madison chakras are like the term “headspace” but refers to mind/body/self/etc I cant remember them all but there is seven. Incense looks like a sparkler but you light it, blow it out so its just smoking and it releases a smokey scent plus whatever its scented as. Usually burns for about 30-45 minutes, hope this helped a little!
