This has helped me get to sleep so easily. I struggle with getting the proper amount of hours of sleep but last night I got my normal 6 hours but I felt WAY more rested. I feel like this video had something to do with it. Thanks!
Ok. I one of the people who use ASMR to help fall asleep and very rarely get tingles. Usually i "get used" to the constant sounds and lose the vibe but thay very small pause in between adds so much value! Brilliant video! Happy i found your channel
