5:13 It was Blair who picked up the keys and sabotage the blood suppy. Palmer was outside with everyone else when the men surrounded Bennings. Blair was the only one who could have taken the keys and return them before the men came back in to clear out the Lab and Store Room. Also, that wasn't Palmer's shadow on the wall (and not just because it wasn't either David Clennon or Charles Hallahan who provided the shadow) but, because we know Palmer shares a room with Childs, and we can see that Childs has all kinds of posters and other papers on the wall over his bunk. Now, look at the wall were the shadow is being cast, there is a bunk there, but no papers or posters up on the wall. That room isn't Childs/Palmers room.
Nowhere was given that Palmer actually picked the keys up. No wonder people had questions about this. Windows was filmed dropping the keys, but nobody was filmed picking them up.
I didnt know Ronald D Moore wrote the original Prequal script. Shoulda let him do the whole movie. Dudes a great sci fi writer and already had a successful sci fi reboot. And a shame they had a whole practical fx movie filmed & cgi fu***d it. Makes me s*** myself every time i see thw footage.
If I had the time and resources I'd definitely enjoy more of the "true" adaptation sequels made in the medium of video games. Evil Dead, Riddick, and The Thing among several who have crossed over to submersive installments that treat fans and newcomers to their original counterparts with stories not told on screen but as in depth and with the original heros voicing the dialogs or a distinguished cast with of course easter eggs abound
Mac knows Childs is The Thing, but not because Childs drank from the bottle. Mac knows Childs is an imitation because of the bogus story he gave him. Listen to Mac after Childs tells him "I thought I saw Blair", Mac starts to chuckle! The last time anyone saw Childs was from a distance when Childs stumbled out of the main building into the snowstorm. Childs told Mac it was because “thought I saw Blair” but this explanation is ridiculous because it was mere seconds after Childs left the camp that the power was cut. Even then, back in the toolshed with Garry and Nauls, MacReady knew it was because Blair had got back inside and blew the generator. He said as much. Blair had to be under the main building in order to disable the generator, and this was while Childs was heading outside. And, when the men go under the building, it is the imitation of Blair that ambushes Garry and Nauls, and nearly gets Mac. Also, when Childs was convinced that MacReady was The Thing, and he was outside trying to get back in, Childs just wanted to keep him outside. He even insisted that Mac had to be The Thing because “Nothing human could have made it back here in this weather without a guideline”. But, now he is trying to convince Mac that he thought it was a good idea to pursue Blair out into a snowstorm? Blair, who he couldn’t have seen because he had to be under the main building getting ready to kill the generator.
Wasn't there also a sequel, in a video game form as well as the comic? Blair was so easy to figure out, as he had the tip of his eraser touch the thing, and then he touched his chin with it.

what is the background music
Your videoes are absurdly well put together and entertaining, I don't understand why you don't have more subs.
The best take on the ending from John Carpenter is on the Big Trouble In Little China commentary. Spoiler, neither of them is the thing 😂
Best answer is neither or Macready is the Thing.

This is an AI voice. Isn't it mandatory on youtube to notify us that this video is (at least partially) synthetic?
Bruh Everyone knows windows dropped the keys- and you didn't do shit except rehash same old videos about the thing- That's what I think
Bruh, calm your ass down, that's what I think you need to do.
MacReady is the thing, and he infected Childs at the end!
Nobody is the thing. Check out the commentary track from Big Trouble In Little China. Best explanation is on the wrong movie
@@Humongous420 So what was said?
