From a location other than your work or home, use a completely fake email account created for this purpose. While this doesn’t absolutely guarantee that you won’t be found out, it significantly increases the odds in your favor. Consider, though, whether your anonymous email will even be seen or read, and perhaps consider alternatives.

I would also recommend to:
- Wear gloves to not leave fingerprints on the paper and the envelope;
- Don't lick the stamp (DNA);
- Don't post the letter where there is a camera watching you;
- Have an alibi for the time and place of the posting ;
- If you really need to do that, you should start looking for a new job.
If the workplace is that toxic:
1. Quit! Yes, you need an income, but you don't need that place.

Pay someone online to send the mail, either an email or old school method 👍
That's ridiculous as you must give an ID at a library and they assign a certain machine for you. Then if they want to trace you all they have to do is look at the time of the email and the IP address of the machine to know who it was. Am I missing something? Physical mail can have DNA on it that is hard to stop even with gloves. Also mail from a post office very far from your home.
what if I reset the mobile after sending the e mail ?
Send message via burner phone that you use only for such emails?

What about the online anonymous email resend services? Yes I know they may keep track of you.
Exactly, there's no way to know what they do and do not keep, how they would respond to law enforcement, and more -- regardless of what they claim. Depending on your situation it might be OK, or it might be something you have to avoid the risk of at all costs.
You didn't explain HOW TO send an anonymous email!
