She's attractive here. During the time when she was filming Honeymoon in Vegas, Hocus Pocus, and Striking Distance. Coincidentally those films were all released back to back, so there was maybe a 2 year stretch of hotness.

i hadn’t known the show was promoted on buses just like in the title sequence, that’s fun. sjp said mr. big’s name really IS mr. big but in the end, mr. big turns out to be a pseudonym she uses in her column and w her friends and his name’s actually John James Preston. shes so giggly and conan is ON, he seems to be a little genuinely pissed about his show not having much promotion or love at the time. andy as always is so fast and effective a sidekick.

She was the third Annie on Broadway, the first being Andrea McArdle. Once Sarah aged out of the role, Allison Smith took over (before she was on Kate & Allie). There were five young actresses who played the role in the original Broadway production between 1977 and (I think) 1983. Sarah started out as one of the orphans and eventually graduated to the lead role in 1979. She was already 13 or 14 years old playing a character who was supposed to be 11, so she’s always been small for her age and had a youthful sounding voice.

I think its more like self-depreciating humor... especially if the guest isn't funny enough. Check out his interviews with Norm MacDonald, Bill Burr or Jeff Goldblum. He always makes them the center of attention cause they have a lot of humor...
