Ngl I feel like they could've added some dialogs between Inori and Shu in the last part to indicate that Inori's soul is inside of Shu. I feel like it would've made the ending better
Bruh the ending hits deep. This was my fav anime of all time and knowing it ends breaks my heart huhu :< I was grade 6 student when I was watching this now I'm a 2nd year college student huhu :
I was a freshman in high school when I watched this, now I'm on my 3rd year in college. Time flies so fast man. I also agree with you, hearing the music takes me back to 2013.
You should really re watch this since you seem confused on how it end😅. You will understand it better if you look some explanation on Myanimelist. Also Inori didn't really died but inside the crystal world together with Shuu. Remember Daath goal?
@@Agni4life One, you're responding to a several month old comment. And two... They definitely understood the ending, it's best you don't try to correct people with no reason to. I'm going to assume you just responded to the wrong comment, because this person said nothing about Inori.
@@martinkochis7322 1. What's wrong responding to several months old comment? 2. A LOT of anime watcher misunderstood the ending of this anime that's why it's receiving A LOT LOT LOTS of hate from it's fandom. 3. I recommend him watching this again since it's probably one of his favorite anime based on what he said. Him seeing a tragic ending vs him seeing the happy ending buried with it's rushed ending hits different. It just spreading a good vibe and what's wrong with that? 4. @@Agni4lifedude, I appreciate your comment. You just made my heart a bit happier with that explanation. As you say, I'm one of those that didn't count that at the end😂❤
Initially, I thought this was another copycat of Lelouch. On some degree I wasn't wrong, both C.C. and Inori are heroine who support the protagonist no matter what. But guilty crown hits different with Inori and Shu. Shu had it a lot harder, he had no choice and he was a lot less privileged, making the whole experience even harder, and the story more melancholic. Overall, after so many years of rewatching both masterpieces, they are both in my top ten animes.
No anime ending had ever made me so angry before. I was invested in Shu and Inori's romance. So her sacrificing herself like that made it feel like it was all for nothing
I'm just rewatching this memory I wanted to last forever
I've watched this anime countless times, it's been a few years since I've seen it, and this scene always hurts my heart.
are u okay man?
real bro

I hope so + may this anime got rework too
It could really use a rework to clear out all the flaws in original.
Even through death, she's still by his side just like she promised. Guilty Crown has such an amazing ending.
watching this scene hit me like a truck. my heart, inori :')
Same
Bro this ending was fucked up
oh god, this final part at the park always hit like a fucking truck

Bro omg I thought the same thing fr like it’s soo accurate
Even if she died as long as he had something to remember her for she is not dead , damn it it hurts so much
Heaven is real, they’d see each other again, but she’ll always be with him
A hero will sacrifice the people who he loves the most to save the world.
Tbh, i wish there are more anime like this in upcoming season
They really dont make anime like this anymore
