Very nice! In the end I thought he will use a hairdryer to dry and at the same time blow wind into the sail.

These sails are not scale. At the distance you are viewing the sails, if the ship were full sized, you would not see the texture of the cloth, the warp and weft of the woven threads would be invisible.
If you're attempting realism, I think it would be better to use paper or vacuum formed plastic. I may be wrong but I don't believe any fabric would have a tight enough weave to be scale. Maybe silkspan?

All what you said might be correct and I am aware that my Video is only a Suggestion to make the Sails a little better than Standard . But if you go for a realistic Look your Suggestions are much more helpful . Thank you

Yeah I agree, if all the model kits were scaled to full size the sails would be an inch and a half thick, I think I’m gonna experiment with silkspan for my galleon

What "fabric" are you using ? Thank you !!

Hello LyS K MUsIC , that is the Fabric what is included in most of the Kits, in this Case it's the Amati Hunter Q Ship Kit. I also have tried Painters Canvas, but it's a little thick and I am not sure if there are thinner Painters Canvas available. If so, that can be used too. One more Tip, or call it Update, instead the PVA Water Mix you also can use Acrylic Matt Varnish from a Spray Can, that works too and also faster .
