Saints in Catholicism are nothing special they weren’t holy or anything they’re just people who did good things, in fact it’s bad that people even pray to them, in the Bible it says you’re only supposed to pray to god. My point is though, if all the saints that Catholics know today can be labeled saints then so should these people, they’re like model people. I wish that more people cared about the products that they buy; look into whether the company does animal testing and DON'T BUY from companies that do! You can make a real difference and stop abuses like this. With new technologies., there is no legitimate reason to do testing on animals anymore. Let companies know that you will not buy their products until they stop abusing animals.
u can find out which companies still test on dogs by contacting PETA, they have lists on which companies test and dont test on animals. i know a lot of people dont like PETA but they still do a lot of good in the world for animals
I buy 'cruelty free' cosmetics as much as possible, I actually find a lot of mine at the dollar store! So it's not only moral it's cheaper for me to buy cruelty free. :)

I am from the Philippines and downloaded the app that determines if product has been using beagles for testing. I tried one of my make up kit from Maybelline and I can't believe it is using dogs for testing! I never used it again. I have one rescue dog and I love him very much, I just can't take it thinking that there are dogs out there being tested, suffering and not getting the life they deserved.

You can assume that all pharma drugs and vaccines are tested on animals. Instead of toxic pharma drugs, please look into plant based medicine/herbs (pharma drugs try to mimic the healing power of plants using synthetic substances) and a whole foods plant based diet to prevent illness.
You see the thing is that there are creulty free companies which are completely creulty free and there are animal friendly companies (maybelline ,mac tresemme etc) they dont test on animals anywhere until its required by law (like eg in china animal testing is compulsory) so its really hard to find a product which is completely creulty free

We have 2 beagles, have lost 2 others over 14 years, they are the most WONDERFUL dogs, I couldn't stop crying when I saw the beagles being freed! I adore beagles, best breed ever in my opinion. They are used for testing because they are so trusting and compliant, it's SO heartbreaking! God Bless You and your family, your 4 legged furbabies and for all your efforts to help.

My mom and I have rescued 6 beagles so far. I adopted my first beagle when I was a freshman in high school. A few weeks after that, My mom found out that people use beagles for testing products because they’re the calmest breed. We adopted more after finding that out. One has passed away from cancer last year. And now, another one, the very first beagle, has cancer. They’re going to do a surgery tomorrow. I’m hoping he’ll be okay but, from what he looks like, I think it’s time for him to go to dog heaven soon. At least he has an amazing life for about 10 years now since we adopted him. A life where nobody abuses him and where he can run around in our backyard chasing squirrels and bunnies. I have made this (saving beagles’ lives & adopt them) my long life’s mission. It has been since that time I found out they tested products on beagles. My 4 dogs are at my mom’s house and one that I adopted last year is at my apartment. All of them are my children. They have changed my life in an amazing way.
buy cosmetics that is not tested on animals. That would be a huge step forward. Cosmetics don't need testing anymore because there are so many established formulas. They test on animals when they want new products to get the attention of consumers (mascara, lotion that smells like "trooper-duper-new-secret-rainforrest root" or what ever. But there is no need of new formulas. The existing formulas are all we could ever need.

I don’t understand how and why a regular citizen could be charged with felony animal abuse if they did what some of these testing facilities do yet these companies can torture, maim and kill animals and it’s legal. I’ve always been against animal testing on any animal above like a mouse or a rat but for awhile now I’ve been against all animal testing. I’ve learned that those talking points about saving lives is crap bc animals are not the same as humans and you can’t get comparable results from them. Perfect example. In France some men signed up to do the final phase of testing for a new cancer drug. It had passed all animal trials. Within hours they were fighting for their lives and at least one never recovered and died. Bc animals are different!! Think how different men and women are from each other and we are the same species. In recent years it’s been discovered tests and treatments that are the standard don’t always work for women but bc all the testing and research was done on males, and there wasn’t enough information on how women’s treatment needed to differ. It hasn’t been that long that it’s been known that women often have much different symptoms when they suffer a heart attack. There’s been a ton of new research saying you can’t do research and testing on males and expect it to extrapolate to women. If gender within a species can make such a big difference then how big a difference would the outcome be between two different species. Animal testing needs to end. We do not have the right to torture animals even if it was 100% effective. The hubris is galling.

Animals are not only used for testings drugs and products, but also for procedures like transplantation of hearts and lungs (dogs are used for that). Labs have been able to test products and drugs on cells so animal testing will definitely end, but not in the near future unfortunately.

This is why i started using cruelty free products, i just couldn't bare the thought of sweet animal getting tested on in horrible ways while using a product that wasn't cruelty free, so now i use everything cruelty free products without the guilt!!!
usually there's a label w/ a bunny, or it says "not tested on animals" or it says "vegan". but if u dont know you can look them up online or ask the company what their stance on animal testing is

Also Pacifica is a well know product that doesn’t test or use animal ingredients in their makeup or all products. As well as thrive makeup, Cover FX, some of elf products but not all are animal free. There are so many body products and shampoos that are cruelty free too, just look it up. There are few RUclips videos too on cruelty free products. Just beware if it is made in China it has to be tested on animals. The product should always have the bunny though or list as vegan. ✌🏼❤️🐾

They're all tesed on lab animals because only such an unreliable method would allow these toxic chemicals to be approved & put on the market. I was forced into doing animal testing in pharmacy school in my home country’s national university. I cried the first week but couldn’t object or get out of it because I would have been kicked out. After a month, I became numb to it, a zombie basically performing a task. Point of the story, don’t be quick to judge.

I have had 4 beagles over my 40ish years and there really is nothing sweeter than this breed. Regardless of the issues surrounding animal testing, at least honor these animals sacrificing for us and allow them the chance to have a forever home. They deserve to live a long happy life and when the time comes, to leave this world surrounded by their loving family and not in a cold laboratory, alone, because they weren’t useful to us anymore.

Those animals deserve a better life than in a cage being tested on. I'm glad there are people like this lady who will give unconditional love to these animals, and they give it back.
This is why i started using cruelty free products, i just couldn't bare the thought of sweet animal getting tested on in horrible ways while using a product that wasn't cruelty free, so now i use everything cruelty free products without the guilt!!!
usually there's a label w/ a bunny, or it says "not tested on animals" or it says "vegan". but if u dont know you can look them up online or ask the company what their stance on animal testing is
All pharma drugs and vaccines are tested on animals because the only way they'd be approved is using such an unreliable method. They all have a mile-long list of dangerous side effects. That's why so many drugs are pulled off the market.

lolaminer5 also PETA has a list as well as other animal advocate sites. There are many new makeup products popping up or changing to cruelty free as well as using vegan ingredients such as Kat Von D. Also Pacifica is a well know product that doesn’t test or use animal ingredients in their makeup or all products. As well as thrive makeup, Cover FX, some of elf products but not all are animal free. There are so many body products and shampoos that are cruelty free too, just look it up. There are few RUclips videos too on cruelty free products. Just beware if it is made in China it has to be tested on animals. The product should always have the bunny though or list as vegan. ✌🏼❤️🐾
Yvette FYI None of the pharma drugs and vaccines have little bunnies on the labels. They're all tesed on lab animals because only such an unreliable method would allow these toxic chemicals to be approved & put on the market. Vegans need to educate themselves on PLANT MEDICINE and herbs, the only medicine that cures along with a plant based diet. Unfortunately so many people are brainwashed by doctors into thinking they need these toxic drugs.

Shout out to this video, the one that made me want to adopt a beagle. I found a beagle rescue in my state and adopted a one-eyed beagle girl. She keeps me on my toes and I love her very much.
I hope the "people" who work in these labs can go home and look at their families in the eye after the pure evil they have just committed.

The diseases that humans get through lifestyle or toxins are simulated in the lab animal and their reactions are totally different than how a human's body would react. Completely useless means of testing the toxicity of chemicals. You might as well flip a coin.

I was forced into doing animal testing in pharmacy school in my home country’s national university. I cried the first week but couldn’t object or get out of it because I would have been kicked out. After a month, I became numb to it, a zombie basically performing a task. Point of the story, don’t be quick to judge.

I have had 4 beagles over my 40ish years and there really is nothing sweeter than this breed. Regardless of the issues surrounding animal testing, at least honor these animals sacrificing for us and allow them the chance to have a forever home. They deserve to live a long happy life and when the time comes, to leave this world surrounded by their loving family and not in a cold laboratory, alone, because they weren’t useful to us anymore.

They test toxic pharma drugs on animals which then kill people once approved. Educate yourself on plant based herbal medicine (which pharma drugs try to mimic synthetically) and a preventive/healing plant based diet.

Oh great, these scientists and companies decide to test on beagles because by nature they are gentle and very forgiving as the lady stated. Great, as if testing on animals wasn’t enough, they take advantage of the kindness and forgiving nature of the breed. We’re in a time where there are self driving cars etc...we don’t need animal testing!!!!!!
