- On February 19, 2023 in Florida, officers responded to a call about an intoxicated woman causing a disturbance at a restaurant. She had been asked to leave but was refusing. When officers arrived, they found her in front of the restaurant. This is body-cam footage of the events that followed.
Footage on Body Cam Watch is for educational purposes only. All information has been supplied by local law enforcement agencies and is considered by law to be public information. The subjects in these videos are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Body-worn camera footage has been edited for length and in accordance with RUclips community guidelines while maintaining a journalistic focus.
There’s like eight different intoxicated personalities wrapped up in one happening here
For sure. This woman makes a lot of bad decisions. Her fashion sense is a little whacked. She smokes. Drinks way more than she can handle. But the icing on the cake was when she proclaimed that she's been to jail before. How much you want to bet she's plastered with ugly ass tattoos as well, and still takes puckered lipped selfies?
I wonder if she's single?
Yep, she sure is a good bunch of gals
🤦🏾♂️
Amen. Jeezzz..I can feel the frustration of the police.
There's an Uber driver out there that really dodged a bullet on this one.
@guzzijack9714 You know that she'd not leave the uber and he'd have to call the police to extract her from the car.
😂
Wouldn’t even get a tip I betcha smh
She was never going to call an uber. She wanted for the cops to leave and then drive home in her car. That's when friends take your car keys away from you, not when drinking alone though.
She didn't do anything wrong, she wasn't inside of their store, she was outside on a public sidewalk.
My dog understands GO HOME more than this fool.
🤣🤣🤣
Well in all fairness I doubt your dog is nearly as drunk as she is ;)

I just lost all my patience listening to her, these cops are saints
It's like when you're driving for work. Traffic isn't too bad when it's on the clock. I'm sure they would rather be dealing with this harmless drunk idiot. Than being on a call where they're actually in danger. Just a thought.
forreal
yeah I believe most of them are, they don't deserve all the hate that people spew at them
Amen 😅
Not so much patience, but rather desperation. They wanted to her to leave more than she did. Now the cops will have to babysit her for another 12 hours while she sobers up.

@@-_noble_-2621 Your opinion but I disagree. You have a great day dude.
How amazingly fortunate she was to have police offer to drive her home (unheard of where I live), and she blew it.
It’s happening a lot more frequently in my country, for the people who haven’t committed crimes but are too drunk to get themselves there.
Where are you from? 😁@@allisonjames2923
Definitely would not have been offered a lift home if it was a man!
That's fairness and equality I guess🤷.
I have never seen someone beg so hard to go home and do everything in their power for it not to happen. I have been drunk, but this is just insanity.
She’s probably drunk and on pain killers. Makes people insanely stupid.

I hope the restaurant charged for the entertainment. 🤣🤣
Yes, she really wore out the projection tactic, here.
Now she gonna get a resisting arrest charges now.

@olivermartinez8900
Not a public sidewalk. It's private property.
"I just want to go home"! Then GO HOME!
Exactly. She thinks the officer is a genie that can magically transport her back to her dumpster home with a snap of a finger.
For heavens sake-quit letting her run the show - arrest her!
if they did that, people would be mad. since they didn’t do that immediately, people still mad
@@tisfortessaAgree with you. Some people want to blame the police for everything. 🤬
Have to let her walk away to have probable cause to arrest her 🤷🏻♀️
@@SimplyCheryl They could've arrested her for trespass and public intoxication, but they didn't. They didn't have to wait for her to do anything because she was already doing it when they arrived.
That'd be totally awesome but sadly, they can't because that's called "police brutality." The drunk's lawyer can use that against the officers in court saying they arrested her without probable cause, which can get them in a lot of trouble. That's why the officers sometimes deliberately take their time to capture as much bodycam footage as possible to show to the court that she's an effing idiot.
"I offered to take you home 30 times and You still cursed me out"😂
Literally ALL she had to do was leave
I felt like I was in a time loop for 8 minutes watching this video LOL "What do you wanna do?" "I'm gonna drive home" "You can't drive home!" "Yes I can!" "No, you can't" "Why won't you let me walk home?" "We're not, you can walk home" "I can't" "Why not?" "I need to find my car" "You can't drive home!" 🥲
I wouldn't get a DUI slurred, the woman stumbling around the parking lot unable to locate her car.
You gotta love how bad so many people self sabotage themselves. If you cant handle your liquor you really should re think drinking
They just self-sabotage. one cannot self-sabotage someone else, or it wouldn't be SELF-sabotage, it would just be sabotage. Yes, some people (especially when drunk) do self-sabotage.
Exactly 💯
Not justifying or excusing them, but alcohol, smoking and drugs are not so easy to quit when you have mental issues, it's not as easy as saying I quit tomorrow and will never drink again, they always need help to quit.
there's that small percentage where one drink is too much and a thousand drinks are not enough. Some figure it early in life, but many don't.
Or just drink at home. If you haven’t figured out by your age what your limits are, then you can’t drink in public with the rest of the adults.

I grew up surrounded by and was raised by alcoholics. I couldn't agree more. The ones that didn't quit are either dead or had a stroke.
Agree completely.
I was never habitual, but the odd time I got completely blasted I never acted anything like the people in these videos. It's alien to me.
@kentonkruger8333 Unresolved issues can surface, especially in those who drink heavily. It destroys your mind. That causes you to act irrationally while sober, which is fueled even further by alcohol consumption.
This isn't a brush to paint everyone, but it's largely true. We have tons of science and thousands of years of human experience that bear this truth out.

This afternoon, my husband and I were eating at a restaurant where three police officers also happened to be eating lunch at. When our server came to give us our check - we asked her if we could also pay for all three of the officers checks as well. She said that we could, and as we handed her our card - we requested that we remain anonymous, as no thanks were necessary. We paid and left without them knowing that their lunch had been covered, and it's videos like this that we did exactly what we did.
No thanks were necessary from the Leos yet you found it necessary to explain your good deed to the entire internet. Way to stay anonymous.

Dealing with a disorderly drunk is definitely a top reason why I could never be a police officer. My patience is extremely short. My hats off to the officers.
Yeah a lot of these cop videos, I find myself at first seeing how the officer is trying to play it, but at a certain point when the subject is really being provocative, I start to hear my own response forming in my mind if I were the cop, and it's never as patient as these professionals.
Did you take my car? That's drunk!!

Purely speculative here, she's probably pretty immature and childish while sober, and the alcohol only exacerbates it.

Every time (and it's e v e r y time) they say they want to go home I think of the time we were close to homelessness when we lived in the US.
