You should drive through Tanglewood and The Oaks in West Bradenton. We live in Tanglewood and absolutely love it! There are beautiful mature oak trees that create a canopy overhead. We have lush tropical plants and landscaping that are absolutely stunning! We are only 5-6 miles from the island. Lots of great restaurants, shopping and doctors office nearby. It’s a great community to retire in…which is what we did😊🌴😊🌴😊🌴
i can do better, feel under the weather so this isnt my best work. I appreciate the love for sure. i feel like this could have been better on the editing quality but, i am just down today
These are not neighborhoods. they are beach communities. the neighborhoods are Millbrook; Savannah; Lakewood ranch; Del Tierra; the Rye preserves; esplanade and so on. why focus on the west side of bradenton? focus on the east as well. Not everyone wants to move to snotty Lakewood Ranch.
I do not disagree with the list. Well done in fact. But you did not touch on the drugs, crime, or safety issues in Bradenton. Or that you are qouting home prices without the HOA or the CDD fees etc etc. A 600k house can cost more than a 800k house in Lakewood ranch.
Don't get an HOA, you still have to cut the grass and pay homeowners insurance and property taxes.. that's an associated cost everyone understands. Because Katie is a realtor and I am mentioning her its best NOT to mention the bad stuff to align with fair housing act laws. Did you see my worst areas video? upload right before this one.
@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS I lived in Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Braden River for 8 years. I know. You are listing average homes....all average homes have HOAs or worse CDD fees. The none HOA homes in Lakewood Ranch are well into the 800k. I think it's important to tell people that areas in Lakewood Ranch have CDD fees and high HOAs. You are talking about another 500 plus a month besides mortgages and all the expenses you have listed.
@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS I agree and you have done well with the problems in previous videos. I think there is a huge stigma out there that Florida is a cheap place to live....it's completely wrong. By the time you add taxes, HOA, (or price of a none HOA home) CDD fees, price of the home, lawn treatments, irrigation (can be mitigated with a simple well).... you are talking almost 1k just in those fees. And the wages are the same or worse compared in other states. I was just pointing out some negatives. Not trying to bring the video down. 👍
we went there bradenton and anna Marie area and around at the begenning of May 2024 absolutly love , we were from Ottawa canada can twait to come back but is anybody know if décembre or january is goodmto go there?
Impressed how quickly you responded in providing the 10 best placed in Bradenton.
Thank you!
I try!

I was raised down the road from Morgan Johnson. Moved to deep south Texas. Havn't been back for 30 years.

There are two bridges to the Island
You omitted the gorgeous neighborhood called Greyhawk Landing.
Bayshore Gardens is nice also❤
I seen the houses there affordable and from the 40s-60s those houses will outlast any new buildings. And cheaper. Close to beaches.
and Lake Bayshore up behind Home Depot at Cortez and 41
I prefer to live between the airport (Sarasota) and Cortez OR out west on Cortez to the beach
I actually think Bayshore Gardens was on the “10 worst” list.
What are those new construction rentals going for per month or do I not want to know?
and you just missed Northwest Bradenton 👍👍🧑🎄

you overlooked """CORTEZ'' just before bradenton beach .............
It flooded badly with storm surge… too low.

Didn't mention Rubonia either. 😂😂
Lakewood Ranch property taxes aren’t good though lol
Two bridges not one
