Weaver bird building a nest.

- Southern Africa has several species of weaver birds that literally weave the most intricate nests. The male does all the work. If a female gets interested but then refuses the nest he spends days building another one.

Not only they are clever in building their nests, they are also clever how to avoid their nature enemies, so talented!
But human they throw stones to these nests and destroy them. So sad 😭😭😭
@@umadevi1186ugh that’s so annoying
Amazing how the bird knows how to construct the nest. And such hard work, the bird must be exausted afterwards. Great video ❤️❤️❤️👏🏻👏🏻 Birds are Amazing 😍
Thanks. I agree, they are amazing.
And sooo tasty!!
@@lifepsycho123 🖕 off and don't come back
I wonder if they ever think, “fuck, why’d I try that new knot Bill told me about. This shit is a mess!” When trying to take down last year’s nest
Now why didn’t I think of that!🤣
It’s just unbelievable ..amazing wonder of nature
All my respect goes to these birds, srsly
They make these nests in 3 to 4 days with their beaks while us humans take about ten years
Birds really be smarter than humans
Nature's Greatest Architects
don't forget beavers, they build complete ecosystems
Yeah beavers change land scapes for they’re own needs
Thank you cameraman for your efforts ❤️
Thanks for watching.
An idiot must have edited this video
I've never seen a bird build a hanging nest like this before. This is really cool! They weave them together similar to how we weave a basket.
Me neither amazing
Yah, male is hard worker, and female is only a checker. By birth every weaver bird is an engineer. Engineering is in its gene. It makes knots that is amazing.
That's very amazing!! I'm wondering if they took notes from humans or women took notes from them 😂 Makes him do all the work while she sits above yelling at him saying "no that's not good enough, now redo it at you better get it right this time."
young birds struggle with weaving at first.
Since the separation becomes obvious then ever there is no balance between male and female creations. Humanity should take their lesson from the nature because we are also part of nature. Loved this content.
"Finally, a completed nest. Now he just needs to find a mate." IDK WHY THIS MADE ME CRACK UP SO BAD. :'( All that work and we ain't even sure if he's going to find a mate. I feel so bad for him huhu.
He is going to find a mate, trust me, When a guy is well settled he becomes a chick magnet and ladies just lay infront of him like a carpet ready to be fucked.
@@lovenature904 ....
@@lovenature904 pure instinct 🤣
True. There's another video that shows how difficult that process is! The females are super selective and they go around checking nest after nest to choose the very best/safest one for the offspring!
God you are so great. Worthy of our praises.
You created this tiny creatue and gave wisdom. May you be praised for ever in my life in Jesus name
Humans spend years to become an engineer -- not to mention the amount of money invested on it - but here's these birds. Engineer and an architect by genes. 🤔🤔
Coincidence? I think not
everything is proportional.. if you want to think about it. the weaver bird doesn't not weave a nest immediately after it's hatched..
Give me some hemp fiber and I’ll weave a hammock from a tree and live in it. But first you’ll have to decriminalize po0ping out from it, you know, like they seem to ignore the p o op in San Francisco and Seattle.

Pl
To be fair, this bird builds a little nest hanging from a branch and humans have built a space station
Wow! I'm literally shocked although I shouldn't be bc nature is amazing.
Why does this narrator sound like she’s about to call me sweet cheeks and asking me if I want more coffee
Lmfao
Omg 🤣😭
It’s called an accent . No big deal . I love it .
Have anyone notice just how... Not so primitive they are ?
Building a nest = planning, the bird is capable to plan, and gather what it needs, for specific tasks.
But the knots tying.. that my friends, you have no argument to tell me that is not high brain function.
Problem solving... Is a high brain function. And tying knots.. for specific purposes.. my god
Great observations!
so much fun to watch my favorite was the Cordon bleu - with the long neck entrance - you sat there a long time
Pagal
they are pretty loud also>. I miss those birds
There has to be a greater power that created all this. How in the world can such a species have this internal knowledge and know how built-in into each one of them to know how to to this without being taught.
Nice.
Beautiful Bird.
Nice video.
Many thanks
Beautiful ❤️
Tremendous effort
Very good and nice 👌👌
Amazing
Thanks!
Amazing video
Thank you. I was lucky to catch them.
OSM video
Wonderful
i wish you had credit us the patience to see this in real time and not sped up. but the state of the world's attention span being what it is now...
I understand and so do you. I can sit and watch them build nests all day, Actually because of your comment and some others on other videos I've made I am going to start making longer ones. There are other people out there like you and I should honor that. Stay tuned. It won't happen overnight, but it will happen.

Nice to get a narration from Adventure Time's Tree Trunks.
OMG Wow
Birds are one of the most amazing unique and intelligent life forms on this planet first of all they can fly get that wrapped around your head second of all hot or cold they seem to manage in The most extreme temperature ranges with just tiny feathers on their body third for those who build Nests where the hell did you begin I mean really okay so they're going to build a best to grab a couple twigs how do you get those stuck together to form an ass what's the next building 101 first lesson I don't know but they sure do I'm just fascinated by those creatures
Victor I lived in Johannesburg for a year and taught biology there. During that time I attended ornithology seminars at Witwatersrand University. One of the professors there gave his ornithology graduate students an assignment to build a nest out of grass like a weaver bird. None of them were able to make anything nearly as good as a weaver bird could.
@@JudyLehmbergEpicNature Miss Judy thanks for the shout out I wish I could have been there during that class but it doesn't surprise me that no one was able to build a nest anywhere near as good as a bird can it's just a fascinating part of life how them little creatures with no arms really no legs can build a secure home for themselves and their family I'm just fascinated by it....... PS are you still in Johannesburg and if not where you stationed just curious if you do any bird watching
@@Victor-my8pm I've spent a lot of time watching them build nests in Kruger. They don't use a whole grass leaf but instead tear off long thin strands which they weave obviously with just their beaks. Only the males build nests. When they finish a female comes and inspects it and either moves in or rejects it. Some males build more than one nest a year because of that rejection. Not in Johannesburg now. In the U.S. but we go to South Africa every few years to go to Kruger. A wonderful way to see all the African wildlife you could ever want to see on a budget, as compared to the fancy and very expensive traditional African safari. Check out sanparks.org. If you are interested in going send me an email at judy@judylehmberg.com and I'll give you more info on where to stay, when to go, etc.

Wow
Interesting
I Love You , Forever and Always !
Birds❤
They are very loud too
❤❤❤❤❤
sounds like tree trunks from adventure time
Who taught the birds on how to make a nest and avoid predadorts at same time?
Me with two hands barely can close a Stripes (gas station) cup of soda
Even I cant make a nest like that
Allah our only kind and powerful God teaches them and taught them to do all of these, subhanaAllah

"They failed" Poor students
It should be illegal to kill such hardworking and wise birds!
I wish humans purposed in this way.

*Engineers by gene*
Praying to the Lord and being patient no matter how many people call you lazy will lead to you building what the Lord knows you need.. Believers are like Engineers building up as many areas of our lives I Jesus name for the purpose he has for us... Hallelujah ✨ not only does he make sure birds are fed he gives them skills that take humans years so now you know what he will do for his prize possessions when we don't worry and Trust in him..✨
God Bless you All 💫
Amazing how the Lord led me to this comment😯.Just what I needed to hear now❤🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Why did he give birds this talent by nature and not humans then? Bit weird don't you think?
The things that men do for the women ❤😅
"Now he just needs to find a mate". Ha, good luck with that buddy. Better buy yourself a playstation for that kickass crib.
Не каждый человек так сможет.
The males do all the work, why does that sound so relatable 😂😂
In majority Bird species the females solely build the nests. Here's a quote on this fact:
In most species of bird, the female alone builds the nest. In many of the rest, the job is shared - either equally, or with one parent bringing the materials, and the other in charge of construction. However, for some birds, nest-building is part of the male's efforts to attract a mate
After watching this, you must be nuts if you still believe in the THEORY of evolution.

Please say loudly
The explanations are un-needed
The evidence that God exist and everything is created by Him with intellectual by Him, because the architect behind the creation of the universe and all living things is very intellect in everything He does , when we try to become God (us humans) that's when evrything goes to crap, just as the Lord created only 2 gender male and female .animals don't need teaching from human to survive the creator put it in their genes to survive and all living things depend on God in order to keep the law of nature like He intended to be
ALLAH the power the absolute eternal

Your brain is like the work of god. A fictional thing.
@@popaandrei4422 atheists brains are fictional.
@@thegloriousquran1208 i was not replying to you.
Evolution is real, if you want to put God in everything, put it where is no evidence of not being God. Cause evolution , it was proven and proven beyond needed proof.
Since fishes can change their bladder function, from buoyancy, to breathing, then you must have a better explanation of how evolution is not real. Also, before, some have to learn what evolution actually means. Is not meaning growing new organs, it means changing the function to adapt.
So... You cannot adapt to new environment ? By changing your metabolic rate first ? 🙂🙂🙂
