  • Instructions:
    1) Setup: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Place your hands behind your head with your elbows pulled back, opening up your chest. This is the "prisoner" position.
    2) Perform the Squat: Keep your torso upright and engage your core. Begin by bending your knees and pushing your hips back as if sitting in a chair. Lower yourself until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor.
    Make sure your knees stay in line with your toes and do not extend past your toes.
    3) Return to Starting Position: Drive through your heels to stand back up, keeping your back straight and chest up.
