    I think we have to be real here. Some of us “work” on our feet all day and coming home and sitting on my couch is sooo relaxing. If I’m getting 12 to 15 thousand steps in before sitting on my couch, I think that’s fine.
    Also, we get sleepy after eating because of the release of insulin in our blood, not poor blood flow.
