I have dynamo supernova lights on all of my bikes Oldest one is 10 years old Supernova triple is still my favorite, and the quality in their products is obvious
Hello, What research and lighting efficiency to see on RUclips. However, the essential is still lacking. If the lamp is empty and for whatever reason, you no longer have any lighting. I have always used Fenix torches (or other brand) with removable 18650 battery (from $29) which can be found all over the world and compatible with an impressive number of devices. From then on, I always have 1 to 2 spare batteries. I never worry if by chance the lamp remains lit and empty. As for the efficiency of the torches, it's the same, the results are astonishing and with 5 levels, you can really light comfortably according to your needs. I also use a Fenix 18650 torch for the rear but with a fluorescent signal cone mounted on it. It attracts more attention than a red LED lost in other red lights, especially when it rains. As for the crazy price of this front headlight (I don't know if they offer us a rear light as a bonus?), this does not correspond to reality or to a market. I would have found it more relevant to have developed a horn as effective as that of a car that can be installed on a bicycle/e-bike and especially that it can be placed in the rear direction because in the rearview mirror, we can see often drivers who are absorbed by their Smartphone and who drive abnormally on the right... As for the argument that we could dismantle it (despite the glue) and find a battery to replace it in x years, that leaves me wondering. Thanks for sharing!
A flashlight has a different beam pattern than an StVZO approved bike light. You simply don't use a flashlight as light on a bike. And many quality bike lights, run on the battery of the bike itself.
@@_kj2 In short, you're confirming that if the e-bike's battery is flat, there's no need for lighting. I find this quite edifying! The night you’ll experiment a lack of autonomy, in freezing rain with your torch that costs an arm and a leg, you’ll always be able to swear all the foulest words;)
@@dpierrejust saying that you don't use a flashlight as a road light. The beam pattern is different and will blind others on the road. Whether you're on a bike or not, you can or should always carry an EDC light with you.
Exciting insights!
09:37 WARNING THIS SIGN IS ONLY A DISTRACTION 🤣
They have good humor at Supernova 😝
I miss the E3 Triple that was on my (nicked) Mason. That light did a lot of miles!
