$275K is a little less than I paid for my house in O.C. about 20 years ago. Now it's worth $1.6M. Spending that much on a Dodge is just mental. I'm glad that there are channels like this one; encouraging people to make good financial decisions while holding dealers up to the harsh light of scrutiny.
I own a TRX, no way I would buy the RHO. They can keep their 6 cylinder POS. V8 or nothing. The TRX is an amazing truck. It's worth every penny. Great video. It's good to see prices getting better. But for me it's wide body or nothing.
They been sitting on this old inventory for many many months….they are 100% not willing to come off the rip-off pricing…!and, Stellantis can’t force them either
Awesome!!! Thanks for another fun/ informative video. Makes me wanna trade in my 2021 ScatPack but getting a 2023 hellcat sitting for years doesn't sound smart.
My thoughts exactly. I bought a 21 narrow body, no options Scat Challenger off the lot in October '21 for $41k OTD. Traded it in for $46,250 in June of '22 against a special ordered SPWB Challenger for $500 over invoice. ($52,750. Sticker was $57,250). Took delivery in October '22 for $47k total out of pocket (paid $6k plus my trade on the order.) ... I can roll that into a great deal on a last call Hellcat, but I think I should quit while I'm ahead. I don't trust the '23 build quality, and I would have to find an uber-rare 6spd, cause I'm not giving up the third pedal. Nah. I'll keep this forever. 😊❤

I have just watched one minute, and then I see Tuttle-Click through the backlight. I am going to make a prediction based on my history with this dealership. FWIW, I lived in the neighborhood and established a trusting relationship with the service and sales departments in 2002. My bad history started when I went purchase a 2006 Dodge Magnum SRT8. That car was in high demand at that time. The trusted salesman had promised sticker. When I got there to purchase, he said he had to talk to his manager first. They pulled the classic - "let's take his driver's license and sit him in the car". After they revved it up etc, I explained that I won't pay over sticker as that was what I was promised. They tried not return my license until I got threatening. That was the end of that dealership for me. I'm going to predict a rather unpleasant encounter and I am going buckle up. 😮

Personally I don't think you filming these videos undercover is anything wrong. CDJR and every other manufacturer out there who has screwed the public over in the last 4 years deserves this. I don't feel sorry for these car companies. They've been around for a decades and made billions of dollars a year. There's no reason not to drop prices on cars with the economic times that we live in. They've got billions and they're never going to lose money. I agree any of these dealerships who put markups on cars anymore should not be getting any more allocation and let them go out of business. If people want to sell that stuff, sell it in the finance department. Don't put it on the car and make the customer have to pay for it. If you're a good salesman maybe you can add all that stuff on in the finance department if the customer wants it if not oh well.
